It seems when something is truly strong, that people start to notice. My parents suspected I had a crush on Braxtin shortly after I started crushing on him. The more my love grew, the more their suspicions grew.
Of course, my dad doesn't like Braxtin cause he's a boy near my age, who is sweet on me. Sometimes they have conversations with me about how we could date. Sometimes my dad doesn't want me even inviting him over, even with Regan there too.
I ended up telling my mom this little secret of mine. Being a girl too, she completely understands, and is supporting us having a relationship, as long as I don't go to far, if you know what I mean. She would be fine with him coming over, but my dad isn't, so they better agree on something soon or I'm having it him come to Regan's.
The love we have is delicate, easy to break, which is why it needs to be built stronger. If I have to get his address to mail letters, I will. Even the smallest form of contact can do a lot. We don't see each other enough like we should. I wish we did. But it's like the love is forbidden. That's at least how my dad acts. He hates him, but if Caleb (my brother) started dating a girl he'd be just fine with it. At least I have Regan, and now my mom, cause no one else really supports us.
