Somebody was watching us. Liz guided me to the elephants not realizing somebody was behind us. She didn't know yet that the mysterious, anonymous man had been following us for quite some time. We came to the elephants and stopped; the man had stopped right next to us. We carried on to the monkeys. "Liz," I said. "Yeah, Beth?" "The man behind us, I think he's following us around." I whispered my heart beating uncontrollably. I sneaked a look behind us, all I could see was the man, staring at me sharply. I shivered at the terror of this. Liz strolled around the zoo with me still, acting like nothing was happening. But oh, Liz knew, she definitely knew what was happening.
