Leeanne woke up and stared at the wall. She thought about Amelia, and Isaiah. She shrugged it off, silently peeking through the windows. Malachi was not there and nobody was up screaming. Leeanne, as much as she wanted to, did not even touch the unlocked door. Until a few milliseconds later. Leeanne opened the door and closed it shut. Making sure none of the staff saw her, she walked through the bland hallway. There was a desk where visitors would check in, and a room where patients privately talked with their family members. There were Styrofoam sand plants, too. It was wonderful. Leeanne saw a large TV with two staff members watching something, eating chips. Leeanne ran back to her room and slammed the door.
