Adventures With Johnny (Mount Everest)

Chapter 1

Johnny was a twenty three year old that just graduated college. He was unemployed but he had lots of money. He originally worked at Burger King back at college. He worked there as a chef for 2 years. He was a money saver so he still had lots of money from his past salaries.

One day, He was just surfing the web looking at mountains and fields that looks good. While he was searching, he saw a mountain. The mountain looks like it was covered with snow. He read the description below the picture. It said that the mountain was Mount Everest. The tallest Mountain on earth.

Johnny was an adventurous person. He would like to know more about this mountain. He asked some of his friends about this mountain. One of his friends was named Lucas, Lucas was an explorer. He just loves exploring nature. Johnny asked Lucas what exactly is Mount Everest. Lucas told Johnny that Mount Everest is the tallest mountain on earth. Johnny decided to invite Lucas over to his dorm. Johnny also invited another friend of his named McQuade.

"So Johnny, why are you suddenly asking about Mount Everest, you know that it is the tallest mountain on earth right." Lucas asked.

"I want to hike this Mountain!" Johnny replied

"They said that lots of people died trying to hike Mount Everest!" McQuade exclaimed fearfully.

"The good thing though, we might be the first ones to actually survive trying to hike this mountain." Johnny said while trying to cheer up McQuade.

McQuade showed Johnny something on his phone. It was an app that he always use to get cheap and trusted flight tickets and hotels. The application is called traveloka. This app was made in Indonesia.

"Book a flight to the airport closest to Mount Everest!" Lucas shouted with excitement.

"Who will be charged for the expenses we make?"

"I'll be in charge!" Johnny replied loudly.

They booked the flight and got 3 tickets cheap. The flight is next Monday. They started preparing the hiking gear they will need and the camping gear. Johnny wasn't 100% ready. Lucas on the other hand had everything except for the tent for the camp. McQuade had what he needs but he just doesn't have the hiking gear needed. All three of them can hike. they've been to hiking adventures before, he lost his hiking gear though. Here is where their adventure starts.
