Amy and Sonic wake up the next morning ready to go to dragon's peke to save Sticks but something is on Sonic's mind his nightmare he had last night he couldn't get it out of his head no matter how hard he tried he knew he couldn't keep it to himself forever but at the same time he didn't want to tell Amy in fear it may just worry her more he decided to keep to himself for now at lest.
(A few hours later)
Sonic and Amy have been walking for about 3 hours and where almost at dragon's peke Sonic has not spoken a word in that time and was worrying Amy she didn't know what to say so she tired to see if she can talk to him.
"Sonic are you okay"? Amy asks
Sonic doesn't respond which worries Amy more at this point she knew whatever Sonic was thinking about it was bad.
"Sonic if there's something on your mind you can talk to me".
Again no responds Sonic looks at the ground trying to avoid eye contact this scares Amy because Sonic is rarely if not ever like this.
"Sonic please I want to help I want to be there for like how you where that for me when Sticks got hurt from that fighter bot".
At this point Sonic knew he couldn't keep to himself forever he was left with a chose tell Amy about what the nightmare was about or keep quite to himself and risk getting Amy mad at him in his eyes it was a lose lose situation but finally he found his words.
"Look Amy I know you want to be there for me like how I was there for you those months ago but to be honest I'm not like you I'm not the type of person to talk about my feelings and stuff and I'm not ready to talk about what happen last night or at lest not yet but I promise when I am you'll be the first person I go to".
"You promise"?
"Yes I promise".
"And when this is all over I'm taking you out on a date". Sonic saids jokingly
They both laugh after Sonic's comment which is something they haven't done in a while but sadly they both stopped when they reached the based of dragon's peke.
"So this is it"? Amy asks
"Yep I remember the last time we where here". Sonic responds
They both look at the dead ghostly trail that leads to the top the cold bitter wind hits Sonic and Amy's face like a cold slap to the face they both look at each other with a face of dread and slowly make there way to the top.
(At the top)
Amy and Sonic reach the top of dragon's peke which is just a flat rock that looks over the mountains not far from them the clouds the clouds turn dark and thunder can be heard from a far Sonic is the first to take the first step on the cold dark rock memories flood his mind of the last time he was here hearing is own scream after seeing his own sister fall to her doom but he was snapped back into reality when he was violently punched in the chest causing him to smack in to a near by wall.
"Hello old friend".
Sonic knew that voice from anywhere it came from the moth of a hedgehog he once called a friend
"Shay". Sonic saids with a mixture of anger and fear
"I'm so glad you could make it old buddy".
"Don't you dare call me your buddy"
"Why not aren't we friends".
"We where but not any more and I'm ready to make you pay for what you've done to me and my friends".
Sonic gets up and goes into a stance ready to fight
"You what to do this huh alright lets dance".
A/N:YES things are starting to get real and the story is starting to reach its end but dont worry im planing a sequel as we speak but I wont start writing it until Sonamy is over as for the prequel ill still work on that but it wont be my main priorly anyways hope you enjoyed more coming soon later peps
