Chapter 5: Siblings

Today was the day

Yuto met his older half sister, the child of Arthur ( Arturia ) Pendragon and Morgan Le Fay as well as the very Knight that ended their mother ( Father in Mordred case) life. He didn't really expect them to meet this way, he didn't expect to meet her at all. Mordred had long died more than a century ago so Yuto was fine being a only child. He was very aware he had a sibling even before Mordred herself introduced her title and bloodline. The thing is Yuto thought he had a brother not a sister. Her legend makes her out to be male but here she is standing him front of him as a female. Guess it runs in the family with their mother ( father ) legend making her out as a male as well only for her to be female. Yuto couldn't help but laugh a bit.

This however had gotten Mordred attention

" Master why are you laughing? Is there something wrong with how I introduced myself " Mordred asked with a raised eyebrow

Yuto dismissed his thoughts " Sorry about that your introduction was fine. It just reminded me of something "

Nodding Mordred dismissed it but another question arose " Master can I ask why you had my sword? I find it odd i was summoned using it "

Yuto froze in place, how was he gonna explain to Mordred the reason he had her sword when their mother had given it to him when he was younger? This wasn't good at all if she knew he was the second child of the King of Knights Mordred wouldn't take it well. How could she? Mordred was rejected as the heir to the throne by the King she was loyal to and caused a rebellion which ended her and their parent life. It could go two ways, Mordred would see him as an insult and think he was born to take away her right to the throne. Or Mordred would hate him due to the fact she was replaced as the 'son' of Arturia. Ether way he wasn't sure if he defend himself against a servant, a Saber Class one in fact. They were hailed as the strongest Servant Class out of the seven and it being Mordred wasn't doing him good ether. If things got out of hand though he would use the command seals on his hand. From the knowledge his father told him command seals will make the servant obey any order.

He breathed in then out and looked at her " Mordred, whatever I say I want you not to get mad alright? " Yuto saw her nod as he hesitated a bit " The Sword was given to me....by our mother but in your case father "

Mordred silently stared at him

Until she appeared right in front of him with Clarent about to slice his neck open, Yuto summoned Caliburn and blocked the sword. But due to his poor condition and Mordred being a superior sword user Yuto struggled under her might. Mordred glared at him as she gritted her teeth " Its True then......you really are father child too "

Mordred backed away still glaring at him " How dare he even try to replace me as heir to the throne.....did he hate me so much as the child of that witch HE WOULD GO SO FAR TO HAVE ANOTHER CHILD?!!!!" She yelled angrily as Mordred slammed Clarent into the wall next to her almost destroying it instantly.

" Mother would never do that!" Yuto told her " She had me because she fell in love with my father and wanted to start a family!" He added

" LIES!!! He never accepted me as his child! He even rejected me when I told him!" Mordred looked down than back up at Yuto with murderous eyes " Then I'll show him....I'll show him I'm the true heir! If I just defeat you right here right now he'll have no choice but to acknowledge me! " she told a stance not taking her eyes off him.

Yuto couldn't help but be sad, all her life she admired their mother only to be rejected in the end. Looking down at his sword he thought for a moment then looked back up at his sister.

" If...if killing me will make you happy then do it " Yuto stabbed Caliburn into the ground next to him " Strike me down and claim the throne and the Acknowledgment you always wanted "
