It was dim, the room that I occupied for sixteen years haven’t change at all. I can’t remember clearly why and how I gotten here. I was too young and naïve when I have reach this place. An angel brought me here, he told me that I must see the silent brothers for my own good, and after that meeting I can’t remember anything.
Everything that I must remember was told by that angel. He said his name is Sataniel, he explained to me who I am; that my angelic name is Valkyrie that we have to change it to protect me and now I was called as Valentine. Sataniel told me that I was his long lost son, that a woman naming Israel is my mother, and that she runs away and hid me from him. He told me that my mother betrayed him and marry a mundane, that I was a nephilim and a son of the dark.
Without other verification to turn too, I believe him. And maybe I would still believe him if not from that voice.
A few night ago I heard her loud and clear on my mind. She was calling my name, and trying to have a conversation. When I answered here she told me to wait, that she would find me, that we will be reunited.
The voice brings warm and security to me, but as soon as she spoke that words she vanishes, and I was again left alone. For weeks I strive to know more about my past. But without sufficient materials, and a lead to start I was stuck in the present. The whole sanctuary is half empty, all are moving forward by my father’s command. A hunt to pursue someone that behold one of the angelic instruments. They’ve been gone for a week or so.
My father left me three of his loyal subjects, to guard me and to keep me away from the wall; I was not allowed to leave the sanctuary. A demon name Gorgulo, a goblin name Grishound, and a Phantom. each of them take turns to guard me, to where I go, what I do, and what I say. So in this time I was careful in my every words, and actions that I do.
They are allowed to follow me everywhere; well like most anywhere; beside my room. So when I enter it, they keep themselves busy outside.
I was used of having runes on my body, but recently I bore a new one. I never read this one on my books, never heard it before. I tried to conceal it with a hand gloves so that the three loyal idiots outside won’t see it. It became worst than ever, I bore again another rune on my left arm that I conceal with my jacket. Strange things are happening to me and there is no one that I can ask.
Then the voice came again.
‘Hello, can you hear me?’ The voice came to me
while I’m reading a book on my bed. I tried to listen to it again.
‘Are you there? Can you hear me?’ This time I was sure that it was a girl.
One power that I posses is that I can speak through my mind, at any length of distance.
‘Yes, I’m here!’ I answered her.
‘Good to know! When you stop answering me I’m getting worried!’ she told me.
‘Who are you?’ I ask her.
‘I don’t know where to start to explain to you, it’s complicated.’ She said.
‘How’d you get pass to the enchanted wall? No one could reach me here for decades.’ I told her.
‘Our link has been renewed a couple of days; do you have a rune that was like a Gemini sign on your right hand?’ She asks me.
‘How do you know that?’
‘I know a thing or two. Do you or do you not have
it?’ Her voice became clearer.
