Gray p.o.v -
'Natsu is so annoying like always. He still thinks he has a chance against Guildarts. And yet again he got his ass beat.'
"Natsu just give up already. You'll never beat him." He told Natsu with an annoyed tone.
"Shut up Gray you're just jealous that I've been spending so much time with Guildarts instead of you." Natsu smirked sarcastically.
His heart jumped when Natsu said that. 'What was that...weird.'
"You wish that was the case Natsu," Gray chuckled to himself.
Natsu glared at him with a fire in his eyes.
"What the hell did you just say Ice Boy. You wanna fight?!?"
"Bring it on dragon breath!"
Natsu clinches his right fist hard.
"Fire Dragon Iron Fist!" He yells and his fist bursts into flames throughing a punch towards Gray.
"Ice Make Sheild!" A huge block of ice appears in front of Gray. Nastu hit the block of ice and it shadders into millions of peices.
The whole guild started to sparkle from the rays of sunlight hitting the tiny little ice flakes.
Natsu swang again at Gray but without his flaming fist. Gray throughs a punch too. Both struck each other in the face. Erza Scarlet, a girl everyone fears in Fairy Tail, steps in between them.
"Stop this non-since at once." She says angrly.
Gray and Natsu jumped up locking their arms around each others necks. "Were just messing around Ezra." Natsu said acting cheerfully. Gray nodded his head in agreement. Erza turns to leave and Gray and Natsu turn to each other. Forehead to forehead. Sparks could be seen and the atmoshere went dark. Erza turns and looks back at them and the atmoshere went back flowery like and they faced forward towards Erza smilling.
"You guys need to learn to get alone where a team after all." A blonde girl with a big chest says while walking towards them.
'As if with this flame head,' Gray thought to himself.
"Who could ever get along with this popsickle over there." Gesturing to Gray.
"Dont speak to my darling Gray like that. My darling always gets along with everyone." A girl with blue hair, and in a blue dress with a slit from the bottom up to her thigh says.
"That's right I can get along with people but not this damn jerk. Hes always looking for a fight and its so annoying." Gray stated.
'Juvia's always saying stupid stuff. Geez' Gray though to himself.
"Come on Lucy lets go do a job now." Natsu says pulling her to the job board.
"Mira will be taking this one here," Natsu handed over the job request.
"Ok but be carefull. I've heard lots of people have been gravly injured on this job. Thats why the reward is so high." Mirajane said taking the paper from Natsu's hand.
Gray stood up, "Well lets get going then."
Natsu turned around a little surprised by his words. "It will just be me, Lucy, and Happy taking this job."
Gray was surprised. His heart skipped a beat there. "Huh, but we always take jobs as a team."
"Not this time. See ya." Natsu waved walking out the entrance of the guild.
"Don't worry Gray. We'll all take a job together when we get back from this job." Lucy smilling at him. Then she disapears into the burning sunlight after Natsu.
'What... Why did he say just him, Lucy, and Happy. I'm part of the team to aren't I. Wait... why am I feeling like his leaving me behind. I should be happy not hearing his annoying voice every second.' Gray was so confussed by his feeling that he never experienced before. 'What could it have been. That strange feeling I felt inside my chest?'
