Cut! Time! ( Holland Fanfic )

Part 1

Your alarm buzzed bright and early, indicating another day of work. But you jumped up in bed, realizing something.

Today was your first unofficial day of filming SpiderMan: Homecoming.

You jumped out of bed and got ready as fast as you could. You put on light denim jeans, a dark grey Marvel hoodie and white adidas high tops. You went to the bathroom, put your (h/c) hair in a pony tail and put on light makeup.

You went to your mini kitchen and made a quick breakfast of cereal. Your phone rang and it was your dad.

"Hey dad, what's up?" You answer taking a bite of your cereal.

"Hey Y/N, big day?" He replied.

"Yup."

"John is the lead director there, you listen to what he says. But you could also make suggestions. This is going to help you learn. Your not an intern grabbing coffee for him. Your helping him direct. And maybe after this if you do good, you can be one of the main director of one of the Avengers films."

Your eyes go wide with excitement. "That's amazing dad. And don't worry, this isn't my first time helping directing a movie."

"I know sweetheart, is just your first time without me. Now go kick some directing ass and have a good day."

"Okay dad. I love you."

"Love you too sweetie."

You hung up the phone and continued eating.

Your dad was one of the biggest directors in Hollywood. He's directed or helped direct almost all the Marvel films, plus many many more. Since it was always just you and your dad, you helped a lot and came long with him. Directing became your passion at a very young age.

When you turned 14, your dad agreed to let you see what directing really was, and you helped a bit while filming The Winter Soldier. ( Assume TWS was filmed in 2012/2013, a year before it came out. And SMHC is filmed in 2016.) After that you helped with Avengers Age of Ultron, Doctor Strange and Civil War. Now you just turned 18, and one of the youngest celebrities in Hollywood. Your very well respected and Marvel has loved you directing for them.

You where homeschooled as a child and graduated a year before you where supposed to, because your also really smart. Your going to start taking university courses online so you can get your degree's but also help film.

You finished your cereal and your cat, Winter was meowing for food. She was all white except for her one left leg which was grey. It reminded you of The Winter Soldier so you named her Winter. You fed her and got your bag.

You lived in LA, and most of the directors, producers, writers, all them where meeting here. Then tomorrow you all flew out to Atlanta to film for the next 7ish months.

You walked out of your apartment and headed downstairs, to the underground parking and got in your car. You drove to downtown LA, and got to the office. You parked in your spot and walked in. You took the elevator up and walked into a room with couches, bookshelf's, a small set of table and chairs, and a fireplace. You sat down on the couch, and there where a few people here.

You guys all talked, then John came in and stood in front of everyone.

"Good morning everyone. Hope your all packed and ready for Atlanta. The jet leaves tomorrow at 8am, so be there. There will be about 8 months of filming in Atlanta. Every few weeks if we need to switch destinations we will, but it won't be for long as Atlanta is our main stage." John clasps his hands together, and thinks for a moment. "Everyone already has their trailers there. Everyone should know their role. I'll hand out scheduled for each week as things may change due to events and other things. You will all be working hard, and to the very best. This is the third reboot of SpiderMan, so let's make it the best reboot!"

John finished talking and everyone did some paperwork. Around lunch everyone got some sandwiches from a few floors down and took less then an hour off. Then you went to talk to John about directing and filled out some more paperwork.

"Is this your first major film?" He asks

You shake your head. "I've been with my dad since I was little. Always watched him direct. He let me help a bit during the Winter Soldier. Then I helped out in Age of Ultron. I got more solo work in Doctor Strange, and then my dad let me direct on my own for Civil War."

John nods. "Smart kid. Do you think your ready?"

You smile and nod. "Yeah, I'm pretty experienced. Marvel loves when I direct movies with them."

"Perfect." John says and you get back to paperwork.

Around five everyone leaves to pack and get ready for Atlanta. You get in your car and drive home. You get back into your apartment, and pull out two suitcases.

You fill one with almost all your clothes, and the next one with anything else you need. Toilet trees, makeup, books, personal items and stuff for Winter as your taking her with you. Around 9pm you get a knock on your door.

"Hey Y/N!" It was your dad.

You ran to the living room and hugged him. "You ready for your big break?"

You laugh and back up. "Totally. I just finished packing. Are you still willing to drive me to the airport?"

"Of corse. Did Hannah tell you the good news?"

You shake your head. "No."

Your dad smiles. "One of her cousins is an animator for the movie so she's going to be staying in set!"

"What! No way! That's amazing!" You say. Hannah has been your best friend since you where 5.

"We'll get some rest Y/N, I'll pick you up tomorrow bright and early. Set your alarm."

"I will dad." You chuckle. "I love you. See you tomorrow."

You dad leaves and you shower and change into pyjama bottoms and a tank top. You go on your phone, and post a photo of the city off your balcony.

"Can't wait to start filming SMHC! I'll miss you LA! ❤️"

You scroll through Instagram and see a text from Tom.

YOUR COMING TO ATLANTA TOMORROW I CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU!!!

You laugh. You met Tom on the set of Civil War and you guys became best friends.

Yeah, calm down Tom.

Lol, you get to meet my mate Harrison. Anyways have a good sleep. See u tomorrow!

You set your phone down and let your head rest against the pillow. Your final thought before drifting off to sleep was "I'm filming SpiderMan."
