Marinette's POV
As soon as I got home I put my stuff on my bed and stared at my phone. Mostly stared at the brand new number in my phone, Adrien's number. Should I text him? Call him? Or should I wait till he calls me? I walked over to my bed to get my homework, then my phone started ringing. I quickly dropped my backpack and ran to my phone. It's Alya.
"Hey, Alya."
"Hey, girl. Guess what. Adrien invited the whole grade to a party at his place!!"
"Really? When?"
"I don't know. Does it matter?!? You will be with Adrien at his house!!!!! And not to mention he is your freaking partner, that gives you a whole other excuse to hang out with him."
"Yeaaa, I guess. I'm just waiting for Adrien to call me so we can work on the project."
"Why are you waiting for him? Call him yourself."
"Won't that just make me seem desperate??? He'll think I'm some crazy, obsessed fangirl and hate me for the rest of my life."
"Gurl, you think about this way too much. Just call him."
"Ok. If he starts hating me, it's your fault."
She laughed and said,"Ok, bye."
When she hung up I tapped on Adrien's number and called him.
Adrien's POV
I'm so happy I got Marinette as my partner, it gives me a chance to investigate more. We just need to get together to work on the project. I know, I'll have a party, she's sure to come to that. I sent a text to Alya knowing if I text her she'll let the whole grade know. A little while I was just working on homework and my phone started ringing. I looked at it and the contact name said "M'lady/Marinette". Maybe she put in her number wrong, there's no way she has the same number as Ladybug. Unless of course, she's Ladybug.

I just realized in the first chapter I mentioned Chloe having a party but didn't have the party. In all honesty, I forgot about it. Hope the party at Adrien's makes up for it.
