Richie smiled as she laughed. Sindy Lynn was always doing that around him. He was always joking and he just seemed to have that kind of really funny air around him. Bill was also there laughing along, but recently he seemed kind of on edge.
The three of them had been hanging out all afternoon with the rest of the Loser's club, but it felt like only a few moments. Time flies?
"Hey, guys." Someone said behind them. Sindy Lynn gasped almost forgetting that the rest of the group was there. It was Beverly and Mike.
"Oh, hey." She grinned. "Richie was just telling us how—."
"Ugghh, enough about Richie." Bill interrupted. "Let's go do something."
Beverly frowned. "What's wrong Bill?"
"Nothings wrong."
"Did I do something?" Mike asked.
"No, it's-. Nothings wrong."
Richie chuckled, "Well clearly something's wrong. If you'd just-."
"Oh shut up, Tozier!" Suddenly everyone was quiet. Richie whispered something under his breath and gradually Bev, Mike, and Richie left the scene leaving Sindy Lynn and Bill alone.
She looked at him for a few moments in silence before saying, "You can tell me you know."
He didn't look up. "Nothing's.." He started. "It's just that you and Richie. You're so close. I thought..."
"What?"
"I guess I was kind of... Jealous?"
Sindy Lynn jolted up. "Jealous? Of.. Richie and I?" He nodded. "Well, you don't have to worry about that. Ever."
Bill slowly looked up and smiled. "Thanks Sindy."
