She can't be dead. That is not possible. He thought to himself. What am I supposed to do if she is dead. Mike continued to try and wake himself up while everyone around him just watched him.
"WHY ARE YOU GUYS SO OKAY WITH THIS? TINA IS DEAD AND YOU ARE FINE? YOU ARE NO FRIENDS LEAVE. LEAVE NOW." Mike screamed at everyone, but it was almost as if no one could hear him. Why were they ignoring him, it didn't make sense to him. Unless they were in shock or something...

All of a sudden Mike woke up. And Tina's heart monitor was still beeping. Wow it really was just a dream. All of a sudden Tina's heart monitor started beeping like crazy. The doctors started panicking and running into the room. As if they didn't notice Mike standing in the corner, they disconnected all of Tina's tubes, and rushed her out of the room for emergency surgery.
This did not help Mike's state at all. By now he was in full hysterics, and he really didn't know what to do with himself. He had jumbled of words running around in his head, he couldn't figure out what these words meant. And then he did. It was a song. In his time of absolute agony, music was coming to save him. If he could get al of his thoughts down on paper, not only would he be distracted for a little while, but it may help him deal with his pain.
Tina was in surgery for 8 hours, and when she came out, Mike was finished with his song, and she was stable.
The doctors said that she was still in a coma, but she could hear you now, so they encouraged Mike to talk to her. But he had other plans.
"Hey T. I don't know if you can hear me, I really hope you can, because you really scared me back there, and in that mix of pain and being utterly terrified, I wrote this song. And its for you obviously."

They told me Tina could hear me, so I am staying with her. Until she wakes up." "Mike we don't-" "no jenna, don't tell me we don't know if she will wake up. A few hours later, a doctor comes in to talk to Mike.
"Mr. Chang?" "Yes?" "We have some good news. We have seen some improvements in Tina's brain activity. Now this does not mean she will wake up right now, there is still a lot of damage, but, there is a way higher chance of her waking up, now that we know her brain is still functioning." "Thank you so much. I really appreciate what you are doing for her." "My pleasure. And Mike, one thing, the best thing you can do for her, is stay by her side, I can tell you two will be together for a very long time, otherwise you would have left by now." "I am never leaving her side. Not now, not ever."

Not too long later, Mike felt pressure on his hand, he looked up to see Tina starting to open her eyes, Mike squeezed her hand back a little harder.
After a few minutes, Tina slowly opened her eyes, and looked around the room. And then her eyes landed on Mike. "Who are you?" She croaked out.
