Lucas pov

"I've found her." I said into the phone.
My mom breathed out in happiness and called for the rest of the gang.

"Lucas found Maya!" She said. We had put each other on speaker so everyone could hear.

Maya smiled when she heard Riley shout 'yeyyy'

"Are you guys okay?" My dad asked.

Maya nobbed and let me answer. "Yes, we all are." I said and smiled as I hold Maya's hand.

"That's great! We have been so upset, everybody has been." Cory said.

"Your not the only one." I said and looked at Maya and she kissed my cheek.

"No no no! No chance I'll leave you to alone two for too long now." My mom said and suddenly ended the call and called on FaceTime instead.

"Hi.." I said and chuckled.

"It's so nice to see you happy again, Lucas." My dad said.

"To be honest, my heart hasn't stopped beating like crazy since I found Maya." I said smile at her.

"Where are you?" They asked.

"In the barn. I'll take Maya to Pappy Joe now, because she is freezing cold." I said.

"Is she there? Can we talk?" Riley asked hopeful.

I looked st Maya, she couldn't resist to smile at Riley's hopeful voice. She took the phone out of my hands.

"Hi Riles!" A tired Maya said smiling at the screen.

"Maya, Peaches, fire amazon warrior, I've been so worried! Don't ever stress up RileyTown like that again!" She said trying to sound mad, but she was too happy to see Maya again.

"I missed you." Maya's voice was raspy, so she couldn't say much.

"Peaches, I'm missed you too, but now you have too go with Lucas. You seem tired. Take care!" She said and blew her a kiss.

Maya did the same and they hung up before she handed me my phone back.

"Ready to go?" I asked her and she nobbed.

"Pappy Joe! We are here!" I shouted as we walked inside. I put Maya's bags next too mine, so we were ready to just grabbed them tomorrow morning.

"Oh gosh, I'm so happy to see you. Both, or kinda all three." He said and chuckled. He hugged us and then told us to sit down and he would make us his famous hot chocolate.

We sat down on the coah and I put a blanket around Maya. She cuddled into me and was humming a song.

"What song it is?" I asked.

"Oh, am I humming again." She asked and giggled. "I don't know, I kind of made it when I sat on the plane to Texas and since it has been stuck in my head." She finished and lightly hit her own head.

"Gosh, I've missed you." I said and kissed her.

Pappy Joe walked out with two cuppes and placed them on the table. "So are you staying a while or?" He asked and sat down in his chair.

"Till tomorrow I guess. We have to get back to my parents because they told me too come back as soon as I had found my beautiful girl." I said and maya giggled into my side.

Pappy Joe nobbed.

"I suppose they wants to talk to you. About everything, I mean." He said and took of his cowboy hat.

"Most certainly, yes." I said and rubbed Maya's back, hoping she had gotten some warmth by now.

Pappy Joe stood up too walked to the dining room and figured out something to eat, but I stopped him by asking him a simple question.

"Are you disappointed?" I asked.

"Oh, no no son. I'm not mad or disappointed, I just know that you both can be more responsible than this." He answered placed his hand on my shoulder.

"Is there a change that Maya can sleep in my room tonight?" I asked.

"I'm not sure kiddo, I'll ask your parents." He said and walked off.

I looked down at my blonde beauty. She had snuggled into my side and placed a hand at my chest, thinking deep about something.

"What is it that keep on spinnin' in your mind, huh?" I asked and stroke her hair.

"If I should take a shower or not." She said as it was the deepest qoute ever made.

"Wanna know what I think?" I asked her.

"That we should shower together?" She said and met my eyes.

I chuckled. "It wasn't that, but that you definitely should take a shower because you smell worse than the horses after playing in dirt." I said.

"Oh.. well that was that I thought too..." she said and looked away embarrassed.

I was laughing so hard inside at how embarrassed she was, but still so dang cute.

"You know what? I haven't showered in a while either.." I said.

She turned her head back to face me, and she had the biggest smirk ever.

"Then let's go fix that!" She said and grabbed my hand and pulled me up.

I laughed at her.

"Wait wait! I need a plastic bag over my gympus." I said and pushed her back.

She rolled her eyes at me and walked into the kitchen. She came back to me and handed me a bag.

"Promise me next them we go to Texas, no one is going to have a gympus!" She whisper yelled.

I smiled and put my hands in the air. She shook her head and ran up stairs.

"What are you to doing?" Pappy Joe asked from downstairs.

"I'll show Maya how to use the shower!" I answered him.

"Oh, okay!" He said and walked back.

Maya and I looked at each other and laughed, before she grabbed the collar of my shirt and pushed me into the bathroom.

Maya's pov

We walked down laughing and met a staring Pappy Joe in the kitchen. "That took long.." he said.

"Sorry, but Lucas shower after me and locked himself inside the bathroom with my pajamas pants." I lied.

"Oh. Haha." Pappy Joe said and told us to wash our hands before sitting down to eat.

"So, how will you get through this?" Pappy Joe asked before he put some more food in his mouth.

I looked at Lucas and then back at Pappy Joe. "You mean the baby? Well, we haven't talked that much yet, but I want to keep him or her with or without Lucas." I said and bite my nails.

"I'll be with you every step on the way." Lucas said and took my hand in his under the table.

"Just make sure everything is planned well.. no more surprises for a while." Pappy Joe said and smiled.
