I woke up and rolled over and stretch. I turned around and kissed Keith's cheek, it's been 2 1/2 months and a month 1/2 since we became official.
I walked into his bathroom and did lol the hygiene stuff. I've been spending the night every weekend because he live in Beverly Hills like 5 minutes away a from Woody which is 45 minutes from campus.
"How's my baby girl." He said walking behind me wrapping his arms around me and kissing my neck.
"Good morning sweetie." I said smiling
I sat on the edge of the tub and watched as he brushed his teeth and washed his face. God this man is gorgeous in everything he does.
"What's our plans for the day?" He asked
"Not sure, beach, club, anything you want." I said as he came back to the bed and then I sat on his lap.
"How about I go make us some bowls of cereal and you think about it." He said kissing my neck and then getting up.
I laid back down playing on my phone until I heard his phone ring. 'Serayah' popped up on his scream..." Hello?"I asked
"Who is this?" She asked
"This is Keith's girl." I replied
"What the hell! Bitch that's my nigga!" She yelled
"I don't know who you think you are talking to me like that."
"He's been my man for 2 years!" She yelled
"I am so sorry."
"The fuck where is my man! Bitch when I find you it's a wrap!"She yelled
"Nah he's all yours." I said hanging up furious. I grabbed my shoes,phone, purse and grabbed my keys out of my purse.
"Nia where are you going?" Keith asked as I heard the clink of the bowls hit the dresser.
"Home!" I yelled facing him then walking out the door.I ran down his grand-staircase
"Nia wait what happened?!" He yelled following me down sounding concerned.
"Serayah! Your girlfriend of 2 years!" I yelled turning around before the last step and looking at him. He looked shocked and sad. I scuffed, "So it's true." I said then going to the door and unlocking it
"Nia..." he called and I ignored him
"Nia"he called again, and I opened the door ready to go out.
"NIA!"he yelled walking behind and pulling the door shut.
"Keith what the hell." I said scared and immediately thought back to my ex Trevor. I looked down overwhelmed with all my thoughts
"What are you hiding." We both said at the same time.
"Nia, I'm sorry for yelling at you like that." He said coming closer
"Stay away Tr-Keith."I said
"What did you call me?" He asked.
"Serayah is your girl Keith I don't know why you even wanted to entertain an us."I said
"Listen to me please...Serayah and me dated for 2 years, on our anniversary I found out she had been cheating on me for 5 months, 3 months later I ran into you at the party and when I saw you it was like slow motion or something and something that told me to go for it with you and I did...Recently Serayahs been trying to get back in touch with me and trying talk and shit but I'm not with it cause I'm to involved with you." He said.
"Why isn't she blocked in your phone then if you not interested! You gotta be entertaining her is some way! She wouldn't of been threatening me over nothing." I said
"Nia Rene Hughes, I haven't entertained her and I won't ever do that, but now it's your turn, what was you ready call me." He said holding my hand, and I looked away from him. " Nia please talk to me."He said
"Trevor okay...He was, he was my past, me and him lasted 8 months but he was physically and verbally abusive, and when you yelled at me like that grabbing the door, it just reminded me of all the times I tired to get away when he was on one of his rampages." I said kinda hugging myself .
Keith looked shocked and just hugged me tightly," I'm sorry Nia I will never do what he did to you." he said making me want to cry, not about Trevor but about knowing that Keith is a good guy and being scared to lose him. But maybe I'm to fucked yo to be involved with him right now.
"I'm gonna go home for the rest of the weekend."I said opening the door after he let his arms go.
"Nia please don't go."He said looking down.
"This brought old memory's and you need to get that Serayah girl in check before I'm comfortable coming back over...I'm sorry." I said kissing his cheek and then walking to me car.
But Serayah was just the start of me and Keith's ups and downs.
