James was laying in bed trying to fall asleep, but he just couldn't. All he could think about was tonights events. Everything Thomas told him.

They loved eachother- and that was new to James. No one had ever told them they loved him-except his mom.

He turned on his side and cuddled a pillow close, imagining it was Thomas.

He closed his eyes and started to think of all the things him and Thomas could maybe do together.

Picnic dates
The movies
Cuddle
Fancy dinners

The list went on and on. James soon drifted asleep, dreaming of Thomas.

Thomas was laying in his own bed. He was thinking about James. He really did love him. He had since high school, but they drifted apart.

Why?

Because Thomas was a selfish asshole and just wanted Alex. He always felt like something was missing, and it probably was the sweetness James always brought with him. He laid in bed thinking of James and fell asleep.

"Alex! No-No! Stop it! Please d-don't hurt me!" James screamed. He was dreaming of the moment Alex attacked him. He had been having nightmares since the incident.

Thomas woke up to screams. He bolted up and opened his door. He heard the screams coming from James room. He rushed across the Hall and opened James door.

James was fidgeting in his sleep and sweating. Thomas went to his side and held his arms. He rubbed them calmly.

"Shh,James.. It's ok." Thomas said as calmly as he could. He pet James hair reassuringly. The screams ceased. James shot up and was panting. He looked around scared and looked to Thomas. Tears pricked his eyes as he felt so scared. He started to cry and hugged Thomas, falling into his lap.

"Shh, I know. I know. You're okay,  I got you." Thomas held James close and rocked him.

This is what the doctors kept whispering to him. They wanted  James to take a medication to help with the trauma but Thomas didn't think he'd need it.

James soon stopped crying and realized that he was on the floor with Thomas. He looked up to Thomas and gave a confused face.

"I-I had a bad dream.." He told Thomas, acting if he were a little boy.

Thomas smiled back, reassuringly.

"Have you been having them a lot?" He questioned. James just nodded. Thomas smiled back. He got up and carried James with him. He placed him back in his bed and tucked him in.

"W-wait!" James called out. "Can you,  sleep with me?" He blushed realizing how it sounded. "N-not like that! But-you know, just stay here with me? " He pleaded. Thomas laughed a bit at his nervousness and nodded. He crawled over James and laid down next to him. He faced James and stared at his features.

The moonlight from the window shaped his face perfectly. His nose and mouth were shaded and glowing.  Thomas couldn't help but admire them.

James felt his eye lids getting heavy as he leaned into Thomas's chest. He sighed, feeling himself calm down.

"I'm sorry.. " He mumbled. Tonight's events had been so hectic he forgot to apologize.

Thomas kissed James forehead and rested his chin a top his head. "Don't apologize, you did nothing wrong. " He cuddled Jem as he closed his eyes tight.

They both drifted off, each other on their minds.
