Chapter 9

Camila POV

Yesterday was the best day ever. Me and Lauren never stayed that late before. Pretty sure Jacob is gonna argue later but it's still the best night ever.

Okay...so it's 4:00 pm . Two more hours for the "date" with Austin . I'm so nervous because what if he wants to kiss and I'm not ready. I like him. But I just don't feel 'love' for him. I don't even know gosh I'm so confused

I have to more always I'm just gonna wear what I'm wearing right now .

Me and Dinah are going to go play basketball before the "date"

"Hey Mila . Let's invite Lauren!" she said smiling .

I just nodded .

"Lauren wanna come with us to play basketball outside" she asked

Lauren glanced at me and nodded

We played for about an hour than went back .

It was 5:24 I just had couple mins before Austin and pick me up for our date.

"So are you still gonna go with him?" I turn around and saw Lauren

"Yea I need to get ready...can you help me pick something to wear"i said

"Sure...lets go see." she said

She gave me some jeans,converse ,and a Aeropostale shirt,
"Are you going to wear a bow?" She asked

"YeA..." I said
She grabbed a bow
"Here let me put it on" she said
She was close to my face trying to put it on. Once she did she just stared.

"You look beautiful" she said smiling and was about to turn around

But I grabbed her arm and put her in the same position she was. She was in front of me again.

"Thank you...for helping pick my outfit." I said smiling
"No problem Camz... I'm always gonna be here for you." she said smiling and hold my hand.

It maked me feel happy. The time passed so fast while I was with her. It was already 5:58 pm i hear my phone ring

"Hello." i said
"Hey baby ... I'm on my way there...i love you." he said "love you too" and I hanged up .

"Is he here...?" she asked
"Hes almost here..."i said "we'll I hope that you enjoy your time with him" she said and smiled ...her smile didn't seem so real but all I did is smile back

I heard a knock and open the door. "Hey" he smiled "here these are for you! " He said he gaved me a teddy bear that said "I love you" and a bucket of roses. "thanks Austin " I smiled

"You ready to go? ...Hey Lauren" he said "hey" she said "yea I'm ready let me just say bye to Lauren...and I'll be right there. He nodded and went outside.

"Bye Lauren...ill be back later and thanks again" I said "Your welcome and I hope you enjoy your date."

Lauren POV

"Your welcome and i hope you enjoy your date." I said and faked a smile . I don't know why it hurt seeing her about to go with him. On the outside I tried to pretend that I was happy but in the inside I am so sad.

"...Thanks...well I have to go now" she said. I hold her hand she look at our hand. We both interwhined fingers for like 5 seconds . She smiled and we slowly broke the embrace.

It hurt me seeing her walk out and disappear in the distance .
