Evie's Pov

Over the weekend...

We were all back at Auradon and Fairy Godmother came in. "Hello, class!" She says with a smile. "Good morning, Fairy Godmother!" We all say back.

"So, I want you all of you to star in a play about your high school life!" She said. All of us cheered. "Will we all play ourselves?" Mal asked. Fairy Godmother nodded and slapped Carlos' arm. "Ow! Okay, I know you're really excited, but ow!" He said and pouted.

I layed my head on his shoulder. "I'm sorry, bubs." I said pouting. He raised an eyebrow. "Bubs?" He asked and I laughed. "Yep..." I said and he laughed. Mal nudges my shoulder. "This is going to be the best play ever." She whispered.

I nodded. Fairy Godmother walked over to us. "Mal, Evie, Carlos, Jay, Ben, Jane, Lonnie, Audrey and Chad, you guys are the real stars of the show!" She said, smiling at the gang. I squealed. "Yay! When do we start?" I asked. "After class!" She said.

After the class and at the auditorium...

We all went to the auditorium and saw Fairy Godmother and another person. We all got up on stage. "Welcome!" Fairy Godmother said. "So, as you all know, you guys are doing a play about your high school lives!" She continues, smiling.

"So, the first scene is you going to prom. First, Jay will ask Lonnie to prom. Now, here are the lyrics to the song." She all gives us the script and the lyrics to the song we're singing. I smiled and nudged Mal's elbow. "Hey, these lyrics aren't bad!" I said. She nodded in agreement. We heard Fairy Godmother clap. "Okay, everyone, get with your partners! Evie, you're with Carlos..." She says.

I turned and smiled at Carlos. He smiled back. "Mal, you're with Ben, Chad, you're with Audrey, Jay, you're with Lonnie, Jane, you're with Doug!" She continues to partner us up and we all get up on stage. "Alright, let's go!" Fairy Godmother said and we got in  position.

"Jay, you get up on that table and here are these roses. Boys, stand over there, Girls, sit at that table." Fairy Godmother instructed.

The Girls and I sat at the table and The Boys stand by Jay. "And, Action!" Fairy Godmother said. We all got in character.

"Lonnie Shang, will you go to prom with me?" Jay said with roses and script in his hands. The Girls and I acted like we were making a decision and turned back to the boys. "Yes, I'd love to go to prom with you!" Lonnie said, smiling and looking at the script.

Jay ran to her and they hugged. "Nice work, Everyone! Now, here comes the song!" Fairy Godmother said and the music played. "Guess now it's official." Carlos said.

Jay: Can't back out, can't back out (No)

Boys: Getting ready for the night of nights, the night of nights, alright.

Doug: Don't panic.

Jay: Panic!

Ben: Now, don't we have to dress up for the prom?

Carlos: Dude, I don't think we have the choice.

Boys: Yeah, it's the night of nights, gotta look just right.

Girls: Dressing to impress the boys.

Carlos: Do I want classic or vintage or plaid?

Jay: Where's the mirror?

Ben: This tux is too baggy.

Doug: Too tight, it makes me look wierd.

Mal: Should I go movie star glamorous?

Evie: Sassy or sweet?

Jane: Don't know, but no one better wear the same dress as me.

Boys: It's the night of nightmares.

Girls: It's the night of our dreams.

Boys: It's too late to back out of it, hey!

Girls: Makeovers, massages.

Boys: Don't know what a corsage is!

Girls: Been waiting all of our lives for this.

Girls and Boys: It's gonna be the night, to remember.

Boys: Aw, man!

Girls and Boys: Come on now, big fun, alright! It's gonna be the night

Boys: I guess.

Girls and Boys: To last forever!

Boys: Lucky us.

Girls and Boys: We'll never ever ever forget!

Jane: Gettin' ready, get, Gettin' ready, Gettin' ready, get, Gettin' ready.

Ben: Hey, you've been there an hour, man!

Doug: So, what should I do with my hair?

Jane: Ooh, I love it!

Doug: Where's my shaver?

Jane: Should I fluff it?

Doug: It's getting later, should already be there!

Carlos: Her mother opens the door, I'm shaking inside.

Lonnie plays my mom opening the door in fake tears. I open my window to my 'Room'.

Evie: He's here, it's time, the hour's arrived!

Jay: Why's her father staring me down?

Lonnie: Where's my purse? Lip gloss? Now I'm really freaking out!

Ben: Then something changes my world, the most beautiful girl right in front of my eyes.

Girls and Boys: It's gonna be the night

Boys: Oh yeah!

Girls and Boys: To remember.

Boys: That's right.

Girls and Boys: Big fun, alright. It's gonna be the night, to last forever, forever more! We'll never ever ever forget!

Suddenly, the doors open.

Boys: Who's that girl? She's so fine!

Girls: Who's that guy? I don't recognize!

Boys: Who's that girl? She looks so good, yeah!

The mystery couple walks in and we noticed that it was Doug and Jane.

Girls and Boys: Guess you'll never really notice, but you probably should! Big fun, on the night of nights, the nights, alright. Let's dance! On the night of nights. You know we're gonna do it right.

We all start salsa dancing.

Girls and Boys: It's gonna be the night to remember. It's gonna be our night, to last forever! It's gonna be the night to remember. It's gonna be the night, to last forever, last forever!

It's gonna be our night, to remember, come on now, big fun! To remember! It's gonna be the night to last forever, the rest of our lives.

After we finished singing, for our big finish, the guys dipped us. As Carlos dipped me, he looked me in the eyes and winked then smiled. I blushed. Fairy Godmother clapped for us. "Brava! Brava!" She said. "We will do the next scene tomorrow after class!" She said, clapping. I walked over to Mal.

"Let's get out of these dresses. This skirt is really tight!" I said. She laughed and nodded in response and we walked to our dressing room to change.
