Gary: HEY THERE, SQUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD!!!

Drew: Hey, fam.

Milani: What's good in the Elemeno hood?

Ash: Hi!

Gary: Back in the good old days of Book 1, we played the game Mafia. However, we made it into a yandere version.

Drew: And after two years...or something...we are playing Mafia: Yandere Edition again!

Jace: Because we do not remember the rules, we will go back to that part and check.

Gary: Oh...and we don't know where the playing cards went. Well...we might know where it is, but it's probably dusty.

Drew: We don't play playing cards here.

Ash: We're gonna be using the Exploding Kittens cards instead!

Gary: Since Cilan isn't here right now, I'll be the rule reader guy. Ahem.

Drew: Are you actually gonna read the whole thing verbatim again?

Gary: Not really verbatim since we will use different set of cards.

Drew: Aight.

Gary: So in the beginning of the game, each player will have to pick a card. The one who gets the Exploding Kitten card will play as the mafia. The one who gets the See the Future card is the detective. The one who gets the defuse card is the nurse. The numbered cards...I guess all the other random cards will be for the townspeople. E-

Paul: We just need a refresher of the function of the cards, Gary.

Gary: Fine. The mafia will be the yandere. The detective will be the rival of the yandere. The nurse will be the teacher. The townspeople will be the students.

Milani: The yandere's goal is to eliminate everyone. The rival's role is to find out who yandere is and try to influence the others to know who yandere is. The teacher is able to save anyone from the yandere attack.

Drew: For the sake of the ones who don't know how the game works, just follow along as we go.

Gary: Wait a minute, who's gonna be the narrator?

Jace: Let's just select randomly.

Ash: I think we need more players!

Gary: We have me, Drew, Mils, Jace, Ashy-poo and Paulie-poo here right now.

Ash: How many played last time?

Gary: Uh...11? 12 if including the narrator.

Drew: Then let's just call for May, Dawn and Misty.

Gary: AIGHT.

(after a while...)

Gary: Okay, May, Dawn and Misty are here!

Drew: We have decided that whoever gets the nope card will be the narrator.

May: I'll shuffle!

Gary: Okay...who got the narrator card?

Dawn: I did! Okay...let's begin!

Gary: Let's go! Let's go!

(Just like in Book 1, I won't mention to who got each card until the end of the game. It's like you guys will have to kinda think on who got the cards.)
