Chapter 8

Guess who's back ;)

Katherine's POV

It's past midnight, and we're all wide awake. We were all too scared to go to sleep. We were all anxious to see who was going to get tortured next. For some reason, I'm pretty sure it will be either Lisa, Dani, or myself. Drew already gave Lauren a pretty nasty concussion and he whipped Amy. I also know that he's going to physically hurt Christina last. I just have that feeling, and I don't like it.

"Well, since we clearly have no intention to going to bed anytime soon, let's play a game." Dani suggested, breaking the unusual silence among us. Her voice was obviously a little shaky. Poor girl. She's only 13! She shouldn't have to go through a situation like this at such a young age!

"Sure. What do you wanna play?" Christina and Lauren said, almost simultaneously. We all cracked a smile, but nobody laughed.

"How about Truth or Truth?" my youngest sister asked, looking at all of us. We all agreed, although I did notice Christina swallowed her saliva and she seemed very uncomfortable about Dani's choice. I then glanced at my younger sibling, and she had her eyes on Christina. I get it, now. I know why Dani chose this particular game.

"Okay, then, who wants to start?" Christina asked us, nervously. I don't really blame her for being so nervous. She knows what Dani is going to ask her. I'm pretty sure Lisa noticed Christina's weird behavior too, since she raised an eyebrow and glared at both the oldest and the youngest of the room.

"I should start." Lisa said, before turning to her left to face Amy. "Would you rather eat a banana peel or eat the hairy coconut shell?"

Amy glared at her and I could tell that she was mentally facepalming herself.

"That's Would You Rather, doofus."

Thank you for reading. I'm sorry it's quite short. The rest of the game will be posted on the next chapter. I'm so sorry I haven't posted in forever, but, don't worry, I'm a lot better now than I was a month or two ago. In case you're a little curious about what's been going on, my inbox is always open. I'll definitely try to update more often, and probably make myself an updating schedule or something.
