in which a girl moves to hollywood, california to pursue her dreams and live life to its fullest, until she meets a boy who changes her life, the wrong way.
so, we made it to our first day. My parents and I stayed overnight to a hotel, considering it was too late and we were too tired to move boxes into the new house. But apparently my new house has an amazing view, so I'm pretty excited to see that today. Also, I already have such good vibes about LA. I have a feeling that this is the beginning to a long journey of mine. Oh and I'm pretty sure I just saw Kylie Jenner walking down the street...!!

As we drove down the Hollywood streets, I gazed out the window at all sorta of things. Hollywood had a sight like no other. Everything seemed like a dream...the trees, the sky, the buildings, everything that seemed so natural back in Indiana, seemed so much more extra here. I didn't exactly know why, it just was.
As we pulled into the long driveway, I stared up at the tall house.
"I'm going to be living..in that?!" I screeched.
"is that a bad thing?" my dad chuckled.
"does it look like its a bad thing??" I squealed, practically jumping out of the car.
I opened the door and walked onto the marble floor. The walls were white with a shiny tint to them. As I looked up I noticed the diamond chandelier floating above my head. This all seemed so much like a dream, it was overwhelming.
"why don't you go take a look at your room" my dad said, "last room on the right."
I raced up the brown, carpeted stairs and followed my dad's directions to my room. Once I got in, it was almost breathtaking. The first thing I saw was a gigantic window with a perfect view of the Hollywood sign, in front of a beautiful sunset. Then I saw my huge bed, that I could probably sleep on forever.
None of this really would have happened if it wasn't for my dad's promotion. He got a promoted job out here, and thought it was a perfect chance to take my acting to the next level.
But I just could not get over the fact that I actually live here.
