Chloe's Diary

6/22/17

There's a certain feeling that everyone gets. the feeling that you absolutely hate but love at the same time. The feeling of not knowing whether you truly love someone or not. The feeling that not only causes happiness, but heartbreak too.

Finn dropped me off at my house today, considering  my parents were wondering how I was doing.

It was currently 5:06 pm and I was FaceTiming Lydia.

"so how's you career going?" Lydia excitedly asked.

"well..." I mumbled.

"what do you mean 'welllll' ??"  Lydia asked.

"um I kinda sorta blew off one of my gigs..." I guiltily stated.

"WHAT?? why??" She asked, concerned.

"because I stood the night at Finn's and I didn't have time to get ready and memorize all the lines." I stated, in a fast tone.

"woah woah woah slow down....you stood the night at Finn's ?" She asked.

"yeah..." I admitted.

"do your parents know?"

"no"

"well shit you're gonna get k-"

"Hold on I got a text" I said, cutting her off. I went to my messages and noticed that it was Finn. a smile grew on my face as I read through the texts.

Finnie:

hey, me and my friends are going to this new carnival that just opened up and I was wondering if you wanted to come with me?

Chloeee:

oooh sounds like fun, pick me up?

Finnie:

Finn's pov-

I parked my motorcycle on the side of Chloe's house and went to her window.

I climbed up the piece of wood that I usually climbed up, and looked inside. She was tying her shoe lace, and even that made me melt. Everything she did was so perfect. I couldn't stop thinking about her.

I shook my thoughts away and knocked on the window, causing her to jump a bit.

"hi Finnie!" she squealed, as she opened the window.

I climbed in and we hugged. We did that for some reason, hugged. We act so much as if we're... a couple or something, but it's nothing other than friendship.

"you ready?" I asked, pulling away.

She nodded and grabbed her phone off of the bed.

we then both climbed back down the window, which resolved to me catching her again.

{ time skip to the fair }

When we got to the fair, we soon met up with some of my friends. I introduced Chloe to them and they all seemed to like her. We went on a lot of rides and played like every game there.
