Chains cut at my skin,
The boulder upon my back crushing my vertebra,
The man stands before me,
My mother's head sits with frozen terrors forever contorting her face on the curt grass,
My brother's body lays slashed and tortured,
Organs spill from his side,
Blood oozes out to permanently stain the tender Earth.
My father's fingers at my feet,
His form mutilated and held in despair,
His shoulder dislocated with an ugly twist.
The man's eyes bulge out, blood vessels pulsing,
An upturn of his lips slowly evolves to a stretching and creaking grin,
Pulling the skin tight and crinkling it at his eyes.
A sword layered with old bloods on the ground,
Around it all is dead, a brown circle of such curses,
Boots loose around his ankles which buckle as a insignificant giggle rasps out,
Growing into a giant noise that sticks in my ears and hurts the Earth.
His legs wobble from the force of his vocals filled thick in cruel glee,
A glint of pure joy in dark eyes of malicious evil,
Baggy pants are torn and bloodied off skinny legs,
Knees bent terribly inward,
Limp hands hang weak from stiff arms.
This man needs no sword.
Long nails coated in crimson, dripping with it.
Never will the colour be washed from the blade nor the hand.
The cackling continues forever it seems.
Arteries still dangle out of my mother's head, leaking scarlet tears,
My father's fingers with bones jutting and cracked from them still, dirty and curled in agony,
My brother's blood smears around and on, his organs sliding still.
Skin slips slowly from my sister's face at the seams of gashes to reveal muscles she once used to smile.
The man walks towards me,
His hat deepening shadows in the creases of his face,
He picks up my mother's head to kick it away, grasping his sides in laughter as it rolls unevenly,
He takes her body, an arm still attached by a few veins which break and surrender to gravity.
He grips her wrist,
Churning and crunching of bone sounds as he twists it slowly before tearing it off.
The man bites it with his well sharpened teeth, insanely ripping a piece off to chew and then spit out.
I watch him shred the skin off my sister's face and dig into it, before smashing his face as a beast into my brother's side.
He emerges shrieking with his total glee, blood dribbling and shining from his face and chin,
It is thick and deep upon his skin, coating him completely.
He comes towards me,
Face with eyes bulging and red, leering teeth folded in a smile, the tainted scent of my brother's scarlet life I can smell all too well,
It sits in his breath before he sinks teeth into my neck hungrily.
This man skips away as the weight grows atop me and begins crushing me into darkness.
Their faces disappear.
Faceless father.
Faceless mother.
Faceless brother.
Faceless sister.
