Robin was eager to go to work the next day, he could help but feel guilty for missing so many hours. He wasn't allowed to leave until 2, so he needed to find ways to pass the time for the next 4 hours. He rehearsed his lines again, this episode was really good. "Ha, I'm the mayor, never thought that would happen." Robin thought to himself as he read his lines for episode four. "I can't be bought but I can be stolen with a glance, I am worthless to one bur priceless to two. What am I?" Love. "Wow," Robin thought, he knew that the writers were going to start foreshadowing some "Nygmobblepot" but he didn't think they would be this obvious about it. It was amusing and also pretty adorable. Well, at least he shipped them.

He arrived on set and was heading over to his trailer to get ready for the day. He tensed as he felt someones long arms wrap around him from behind. He relaxed when he smelt Cory's cologne. He turned to face his friend, he was already wearing a fancy Ed suit and had his glasses on. He looked up and said, "Hey Smartie" "Hey birdie." Cory replied with a smirk. They hugged again, Robin thought to himself "ya this was definitely the safest, warmest, sweetest place in the world". When they released Cory asked how he was, Robin told him he was well and happy to be back. "Good, we have lots of scenes today, should be fun! See you soon!!" and with that Cory headed back to set. Robin got to his trailer to change into Oswald's outfit for the day then headed to the makeup trailer to get his nose on and his face done. When he sat in the chair he jumped at his reflection, he still had some bruising around his nose and a dark purple eye. The makeup team fixed him up and he was off.

They were filming the scene where Oswald wins the election. As Cory, or well, Ed and Oswald were saying Edward's love riddle and Robin couldn't help but notice how real it all felt, he knows Cory is an amazing actor but this just felt so real and different, it was beautiful. Robin started sweating and his hands were getting sweaty. He stomach was doing flips, he was just staring into Cory's eyes. They hugged. "And scene!" They released and just stared at each other.Robin looked different, other than the fake nose and Oswald get up. He looked fresh and full of life. He seemed real and honest and true. The director and called scene but neither of them moved, they were lost in each other's eyes. Eyes are true, even if a person's smile is fake their eyes always tell the truth.

Robin's eyes were gorgeous, they looked wise but shy. Brave but damaged. Cory felt himself start to feel warm, shit was he blushing he thought. Robin was the first to move, he simply smiled at Cory who smiled back nervously. "Hey, guys come on! We're moving to Cobblepot's house for the next one!" they both turned their heads to see the director shouting and noticed everyone was watching them. Cory couldn't help but notice Ben and Donal whispering in the corner. They turned back to face each other and chuckled a little. They made their way over to the set of Oswald's. Once they had just finished a scene when "lunch" was called. Robin was going to go home for lunch, seeing as he hadn't been since before the incident. He wasn't sure why they always called it "lunch", it was 4:30, almost supper. Cory convinced him that they had to keep their tradition of eating "lunch" together, so he stayed. Cory and Robin decided not to go out but to just stay at the trailers instead. They went to find a quiet place to eat but eventually ended up sitting outside.

It was a little chilly out so they made sure they had their jackets and Cory grabbed his scarf as well. They found a nice spot under a tree."So how are you? and don't say fine because I know your not, you can tell me anything okay." Robin knew Cory was genuinely asking and would listen to him. Robin was thinking about how he felt. He honestly didn't know, he figured he would tell Cory, he did trust him and he was an amazing friend. "I don't know, I'm mad about Travis and I know it's crazy but I do miss him, I feel so grateful too though, and I also really need to say thank you, I know you think I say that too much but really I don't say it enough, thank you." Cory couldn't help but smile, he always knew Robin was nice but this was just too much. He was abused by his boyfriend and he was still directing attention to him instead. Cory said, "You're welcome Robin." They hugged again. Robin didn't want to let go and Cory could feel that, so they didn't. Travis never hugged like that, not like he would always be there, he would always care, not with this much love. A few tears slipped down Robin's face. Cory could feel Robin start to shake, he pulled away and saw he was crying.

"Why are you crying?" Cory asked. Robin smiled still in tears, "You, you always know just what to say, and what to do. Travis never hugged like you, he never talked like you do, but I still miss him, but I don't know why." and with that, there were more tears and Robin started shaking harder. Cory reached back around him and held him. "You can take all the time you need but you really should move on from him, he was clearly not nice to you and I know you will miss him but just know that there are people that care for you and would gladly take his old place, okay?". Robin's mind was racing, did Cory just say he would take Travis's old spot, like as his boyfriend? No, he couldn't have, he's straight. Right? Robin looked into his eyes, he had to look up a little, even sitting down Cory was still taller. They were beautiful, especially now that he could properly see them without those glasses on. Cory smiled, Robin felt himself start to blush, then he lost control. He grabbed Cory's scarf and pulled him down, not to aggressively but definitely powerfully. He closed his eyes as their lips met, there was an urgency but the kiss was tender and sweet. Robin felt Cory grab his waist and pull him closer. Robin reached up to hold the side of Cory's face with his other hand. He was a little surprised to feel Cory kiss back, but it was obviously a welcome surprise. They parted to breathe, Cory smiled down at Robin and he smiled back. Cory closed his eyes and dove back in for another kiss. This one had more passion, Robin felt Cory's tongue brush his lips asking for entrance. Robin opened his mouth slightly but that's all Cory needed. There were hands running everywhere, until Cory pushed Robin gently to the ground, never once breaking this kiss. Robin hit the ground and it was soft, like a pillow. Robin smelled something, but what? It smelled like popcorn. Cory stopped and said, "Long live the king.". "What?" and with that Robin woke up on his couch at home to see a half-empty bowl of popcorn and The Lion King still playing on his television.
