"I"m really getting worried Seph. He hasn't said anything in three months now. What if something actually happened? Something could be wrong!" was pacing back and forth.
Adi was sitting in the Temple of Gaia. He was sitting cross legged surrounded by candels. He left this position twice a day. Once to go sleep, and the other to see Cerberos ad the other dogs.
Adi hadn't spoken to anyone in three months, and Winter was coming. Hades hadn't been informed and it was getting close to his time with Adi. Everyne was sure he would freak out that they hadn't told him.
The day finally came for Adi o go back down to Hades and when the got down to the underworld Persephone was getting ready to have everything thing yelled at her face. Adi got out of the boat and saw Hades.
"Papa!" Persephone stared wildly at Adi.
He hasn't spoken in three months, and the first thing he says is Papa? Persephone thought.
"Hey Little D." Adi hugged his Father and Hades hugged back. "You haven't been trouble for your mother, have you?" Hades asked.
"No, Papa, no trouble." Adi smiled.
Persephone was trying to figure out what was diffrent and after Adi had gone to the temple to unpack his things, Hades finally said something.
"What happened?" Persephone took in a breath.
"You are the first person Adi's spoken to in three months." Persephone shouted. Hades sighed.
"Okay, so, I'm guessing he got some sort of punishment up in Olympus for not speaking." Hades asked. Persephone bit her lip. "He never got punished did he?"
"No, of course not! Why would he get punished for not talking?" Persephone finally said.
"He is testing you. You need to show that you are the adult. Unlike the other gods, Adi will learn from punishements and rewards. He will learn from his experiences." Hades explained.
"Hades, can we talk about this later? I just want to be able to hear my son's voice. I haven't heard it in three months and I was starting to really miss it." Persephone leaed into Hades. "And, we haven't spent any time together in forever. I feel like I need to watch a few romans die or something." Hades smiled.
"See, I'm not the only one who likes it. But, we are punishing Adi. He's not aloud to just stop talking to you or any of the gods." Hades and Persephone walked up to the temple and they found Adi stretched out on a couch asleep. "I guess we'll punish him after he wakes up." Hades looked down at Adi and saw something.
It was a pendant of some sort. Red stone, in the shape of a star with a circle around it. There was some cross in the middle and it glimmered in the weak lighting of the room. Hades went to touch it, but Adi rolled over and hair shifted. His right eye was wide open.
"Papa, what are you doing?" Adi said as he shoved the pendant down the front of his shirt.
"Nothing, just looking at you're pendant. Where did you get it?" Hades asked and Adi looked away.
"No where. I found it. Hera said I could keep it." Adi was still stretched out on te couch and as starting to get up slowly.
"Since when is Hera one of your parents?" Hades asked. Adi groaned.
"I'd say since Melinoē." Hades heard something crash and turned quickly to see Persephone standing with a golden cup on the floor in front of her. Hades rushed over.
"You okay?" He asked. Persephone took a breath in and glared at Adi.
"I'm fine. Adi, your father and I have something to tell you." Persephone's voice was rough and stern. Adi quickly sat up and looked up at his parents and back down to his feet.
