CHAPTER 9: "Same Mistakes"

"Chaemi-ah, are you okay? Can you see me?" Mingyu questioned, I just closed my eyes. "Oh my god..." Mingyu mumbled as he picked me up and started running, I just tried to die, come on body just go to sleep and never wake up! Please, I don't wanna live anymore! I yelled in my head. Mingyu put me in his car, I think.

"Chaemi, please wake up!" Mingyu yelled as he put his fingers on my pulse. "She's still alive" I heard him mumble as he closed the car door and went to the driver's seat. I opened my eyes, and started banging my head on the window, maybe I'll knock myself out, where I can't wake up to reality anymore! "Chaemi? Chaemi, STOP!" Mingyu yelled as he climbed to the back seat and gently put my head on his shoulder. "Who did this to you?" Mingyu asked, I shook my head as more tears fell. "Who? Was it that guy, because I will go back and kill him" I shook my head and looked at my bloody hands. "Okay, please don't hurt yourself even more, I'm gonna drive you to the hospital, okay?" He said, I just turned away and cried silently at the pain. Mingyu climbed back up to the driver's seat and started the car.

MINGYU P.O.V.

I looked at Chaemi's sleeping body on the hospital bed from the window. I was waiting for the doctor to come so I can talk with him. Soon enough he came around, and I stopped him to talk about Chaemi.

"Is she gonna be okay?"

"Yes....but I'm afraid she lost her baby.."

"Wait, What?"

"She was apparently holding a child inside her, and the deep stab in her stomach, killed the baby" I looked at Chaemi again before asking the doctor a question.

"Who was the father?"

"I can go check, if you'd like to come-"

"Yes, please!" I replied anxiously. The doctor nodded as he gestured me to follow him. When we got into Chaemi's room, the doctor got out his laptop. I was just staring at the screen anxious to see, and when the name and picture popped up, I couldn't believe my eyes.

"Fuck my life" I exclaimed as I ran to the wall and banged my knuckles on it. The doctor just silently walked away. "I got two girls pregnant?" I mumbled as I kept hitting my fists on the wall.

"Mingyu?" I turned around to dumbfounded Chaemi, I came towards her with worry in my eyes.

"Are you alright?" I asked, Chaemi suddenly turned away and started to tear off the stuff on her wrists that helped her. "No!" I said as I grabbed her hands, I put it back on her wrists and looked at her in the eye. I can see that...She was dead inside. My first instinct was to kiss her hands and hold them softly.

"Why are you doing that?" She questioned, I shook my head as I just closed my eyes feeling her touch.

"Please answer my question Chaemi" I said, trying to calm her down, she must be so overwhelmed. She just stared at me in response. "Who did this to you? You couldn't of done this yourself, could you?" I asked, Chaemi turned her head away from me, I started to tear up. "Answer me Chaemi!" I said raising my voice, Chaemi suddenly flinched and looked back at me with tears eyes as well.

"I-I can't tell you" She stuttered as a tear rolled down her cheeks, I quickly wiped it away before pulling her into a hug.
