Golden Trio Era (sorry in advance to Twilight fans btw :S)
'Hey, hey, Harry, Ron' Hermione ran over, panting heavily and waving a book in their faces. 'I was just in the-'
'-Library' Harry and Ron said simultaneously.
'Well yes' Hermione blushed, 'but I just found a book that I haven't yet read...'
Ron collapsed on the floor in a dead faint. Harry stared at Hermione open mouthed. 'Hermione, you've been at this school for five years. Was it in the restricted section?'
'Yeah, Madame Pince said it was too gruesome for younger children but I managed to persuade Professor Mcgonagall to sign the permission form for me.'
'Wow' said Ron, coming round. 'You must have been very persuasive.'
'Oh I think you'll find I can be' Hermione replied suggestively, making Ron blush furiously. 'What's it called then?' He asked, trying to change the subject. Hermione winked then read the title, 'Twilight.'
'Oh, read it to us as well' Fred and George said in unison, walking over to sit next to them. 'We heard Lee talking about it to Katie Bell.' said George. 'He said it was the most gruesome thing he'd ever read' added Fred.
'Okay then' Hermione replied nervously, flicking open the book. Her eyes widened as she read the first page. 'This grammar!' she gasped, 'it makes me want to-' she threw up noisily in Harry's school bag. 'Hey!' he yelped, as Hermione shoved the book onto his lap.
Harry flicked it open to a random page and started to read slowly. 'One minute,' he said, 'she's talking about a vampire now. It sounds like Cedric.'
'Oi Cedric!' Yelled Ron across the Great Hall to the Hufflepuff table. 'Badger Boy!'
'Ron!' Hermione admonished. 'You can't call Hefflepuffs badger people.'
'You should hear what they call the slytherins' chimed in Dean, as he and Seamus sat down for lunch.
'I don't really want to know' Hermione sighed, as Cedric made his way over to the Gryffindor table.
'What is it Weasley?' he asked.
'This book says you're a sparkly fairy! Is it true?' Ron demanded rudely.
'Noooo!!!!!!!!!' screamed Cedric, melodramatically falling to his knees. 'You have discovered my secret!' His eyes flashed orange as he pulled Ron close to him and hissed 'tell no one of this.' Then he ran out of the hall crying sparkly tears.
The Gryffindors looked at each other blankly but they were interrupted as Malfoy stormed across the hall towards them.
'Potter, Weasley!!' he yelled. 'Blaise just told me what you call Slytherins. I thought we were only abusing the badger people!!'
Hermione face-palmed.
