Marauders era
A girl walked sleepily down the steps of the Gryffindor boys dorms. What with Sirius Black and James Potter now being in their sixth year, this was not an uncommon sight. She was followed by another girl. Both girls had long black hair, although the second's was much messier. The first girl turned her grey, lively eyes towards the girl behind her, who winked back, her hazel eyes covered by square frames. Everyone ignored them, however when a third girl came down the stairs people looked up and started to take notice. Of course Remus Lupin was not unpleasant to look at but no one had really expected that.
The third girl was tall and thin with short dark blonde hair and brown eyes. She looked shy but also very pretty. She turned to the other two uncertainly but they just grinned back cheekily and gestured towards the portrait hole. They had just reached it when a short rotund boy stumbled down the staircase looking around anxiously.
'Has anyone seen James, Sirius and Remus?' he asked the room in general but those who didn't ignore him just shook their heads. The girls by the portrait hole clambered out quickly and ran down the corridor giggling.
'Priceless!' gasped the girl with grey eyes. 'The look on everyone's faces when they thought Moony had been sleeping with a girl!'
The third girl looked a bit miffed at this whilst the second was doubled over with laughter, her green eyes sparkling in mirth.
'Guys that's mean,' the blonde girl complained. 'Prongs, Padfoot, are you even listening to me?'
Sirius Black tossed back his long, curly hair and gave a bark like laugh that didn't seem to suit his new gender. James however was examining his new body. Remus frowned at him and muttered 'Sicko' loud enough for James to hear. James just laughed and faced Remus.
'Moony?' he asked, 'Why didn't we get Wormtail to be a girl as well?'
'Because it would be highly suspicious if Peter also suposedly had a girl and therefore people would suss us out more quickly.' Remus explained. This was indeed part of the plan, but in truth Remus had neglected to inform Peter of the idea at all. He was tired of Peter trailing after them all the time and he had been acting weirdly recently anyway, although neither James or Sirius had noticed.
'Right then, lets go!' James announced.
'Hear, hear,' replied Sirius. 'Phase two!'
Remus shook his head and followed his friends to the great hall.
'Right, you know the plan.' James whispered before they went in. 'Are you sure that we wont be recognised?'
Remus nodded in affirmation but then sighed, maybe we could change our looks a bit more, just to be safe. Prongs come here and I'll change your hair colour.'
'Make it red Moony, just like Lily's' James said dreamily. Remus sighed but did so. Then he turned to Sirius. 'Padfoot, I'll make you blonde, it'll suit your intelligence.'
After he had done so Sirius looked at Remus and said, 'Can you make my boobs bigger Moony?'
Remus just looked at him in disgust before turning his own hair black. 'Right lets go' he grinned to the others as they burst into the Great Hall. Ignoring the looks cast their way they strolled over to the Slytherin table and found Snape.
'Hi,' said Sirius confidently, squeezing himself in next to the extremely shocked Severus. James sat down on Snape's other side and Remus stood behind them giggling nervously. Snape was astounded, why had three pretty girls that he had never talked to before just come over and sat down like they were good friends?
Sirius was thinking, never a good sign. The plan was to set Snape up on a date with one or possibly all of them and then watch his face as he realised he had been set up by three beautiful girls that he strangely wouldn't be able to find afterwards. Sirius however thought that the plan needed a bit of extra panache, and it was for this reason that he interrupted James, who had been trying to chat snivellus up.
'Hey Sev,' Sirius whispered seductively, 'will you meet me later?' Here he rested his hand on Snape's thigh. 'I'd really like to get to know you better.'
Snape gulped and nodded, his mouth slightly open. It took all of Sirius' self control to continue to pout slightly instead of breaking into his usual dog like grin. Then, taking both Snape, James and Remus by surprise he swooped in and planted a kiss on Snape's lips. James and Remus stared at him in horror but Snape didn't notice. He had frozen in shock.
Sirius grinned at James and winked, gesturing for him to do the same, which he did.
If Snape's eyebrows were any higher, they would have disappeared into his greasy blob that he calls hair, James mused, stroking his own ginger barnet.
Then both boys, or girls, turned to Remus and grinned maliciously at him until he finally gave in and followed suit, kissing Snape on the cheek. This was followed by a viscious poke from Sirius, making Remus scowl but he got the message. Remus hurridly kissed Snape on the lips and then Sirius leant over and whispered, 'Meet us in the seventh floor corridor by the tapestry at nine tonight.'
Then the three marauders flounced off and practically ran from the hall up to the seventh floor and into the room of requirement. Here they transfigured themselves back into their normal masculine selves and fell about on the floor from laughing, apart from Remus, who ran towards the conveniently adjoined bathroom and began to wash his mouth out.
When he returned he glared at Sirius. 'Why did you make me kiss him?' he whined at the animagus.
'Because Moony it will all be worth it when he gets stood up tonight and now he will definately come.'
'Anyway we all kissed him, so you can't complain.' James added.
'Yeah but I had to kiss him twice,' Remus muttered amid fresh gales of laughter.

The Marauders hid under James' invisibility cloak and tried not to make a noise whilst they watched a thoroughly confused Snape hang around on the seventh floor, waiting for the three girls. As the evening bore on Snape became more and more angry and confused and Sirius had a hard time trying to laugh silently. Eventually Snape left and the boys fled into the room of requirement so they could laugh properly. James thought he may have broken a few ribs from trying to prevent his laughter.
Remus however wasn't sure if what they had done had been right. Snape was admittedly a slimy git but they had been a bit harsh. But then Remus caught sight of Sirius' face, which was contorted in pure mirth and couldn't help but smile. Maybe one day he would be able to exercise some control over his friends, but today wasn't it. Ah well.
