"Is this seat taken?" She looked up at the sound of Joe's voice and her eyes widened with surprise.
"You know it isn't," She hummed, a smile on her lips as she lowered the magazine and watched him take a seat beside her in the waiting room, "That doesn't mean I want the company."
"Of course you want the company, I'm Joe Gatto!" He said proudly, his volume attracting the eyes of the other guests in the waiting room.
"Why are you here?" She asked him with a hesitant laugh, watching as he flailed his arms in the air to pull a baby magazine from the shelf behind his chair. She looked around, noticing how people began to stare, "Joe, you're making too much noise!" She whispered to him, nudging his arm with her elbow.
"You mentioned that Q wouldn't be coming, so I thought I'd show up to support you," He shrugged, a small smile on his lips as he turned to look at her, "You look fabulous today, by the way."
"Thank you, Joey," She hummed a bit forcefully, turning back to look down at her magazine.
"Does Murray know?" He asked suddenly, his loud voice attracting everyone's attention once again, "I've noticed that he's been strangely comfortable around Q lately --."
"Can you lower you're voice?" She asked him in a harsh whisper, watching as a smile played on his lips. She turned back to the magazine resting in her lap, a smile on her lips as she shook her head, sighing, "You're killing me, Joe."
"You've been spending too much time with Q, I can tell!" He sighed jokingly, saying with a playful smile, "You should appreciate me!"
"I would appreciate it if you sat quietly."
"Oh, hush!" He said playfully, his voice still at full volume, "You're happy that I'm here."
"I'm not unhappy," She hummed, a small smile on her lips as she turned to look down at the magazine once again. A light sigh escaped her lips and she glanced at Joe for a moment. He caught her, turning to meet her eyes, "I hope my daughter has Brian's humor." She sighed, the small smile fading from her lips.
"Let's hope that's all she gets from him!" Joe joked, telling her with a smile, "It's probably best if she looks like you."
"Why's that?" Olivia asked, a challenging smirk on her lips as her eyes remained locked on his.
"You're a lot more attractive than --," He smiled, his eyes falling once again to look at her lips. He turned away and adjusted his position in the seat, taking a deep breath as his heart lifted in his chest, "How long are we going to be waiting here?" He asked nervously, noticing how she sat completely still in the seat beside him, "I mean, don't get me wrong, Q is a very attractive man, but, I mean --."
"Thanks for the compliment, Joe," She hummed, a small smile on her lips as she watched him fidget with the pages of the magazine that rested in his lap. She leaned back, her hands moving to rest over her stomach as a sigh escaped her lips, "I hope he can learn to love her."
"He will." Joe said confidently, waiting for Olivia's eyes to find him, "I'm sure he'll change his mind the moment Eliza is born." There was a slight pause before he spoke again, asking playfully, "If it's a boy, will you name him Joey?" His voice was quick, but he watched as her eyes narrowed playfully.
"If its a boy, then I'll figure something out." She told him, a smile on her lips as she continued, telling him, "My son will not be named Joey!"
"Olivia Parker!"
They both looked up to see a woman in scrubs standing near the opening to a hallway, "Am I joining you?" Joe asked, his voice hesitant as he bounced to his feet.
