BOOK TWO IS POSTED ON MY PROFILE: Quixotic

I consider myself a friendly person, so don't be afraid to message me if you want to be part of the new creative process! Also, remember, this is a pass time activity. So, being said, I am not fully, 100% dedicated to this book because - college. Ew, I know. In short, writing this kind of story occupies me and makes me feel less trapped in a dorm room with no one to talk to. So, I'll try to start writing, but I am not making any promises.

Anyway! Thank you so much for reading! I genuinely hope you enjoyed this, and please don't hesitate to let me know in the comments or with private messages. Like I said, I don't really have anyone to talk to, so I'm more than happy to have a conversation. And, please, if you need any help or have any questions, let me know :)

As advertised, here is a short preview of book two:

There was a knock at the front door and he pulled himself to his feet. He closed the top to the pizza box and paused the television. Pulling a robe over his shoulders and tying the strap, he stepped forward to open the door.

His eyes dropped to see a young girl with tangled brown hair falling to her shoulders. A giddy grin played on her lips as her fingers wrapped tightly around the straps on her school bag, "Who are you?" He asked as he braced his arm on the door frame, a sneer on his lips as he looked down at the unfamiliar child.

His voice was low and rough as he spoke, but he could see that he didn't frighten her. The smile remained constant on her lips as she looked up at him with big brown eyes. When she spoke, her voice was confident. There wasn't a hint of fear behind her words as she asked, "Are you Brian Quinn?" He was silent, but the rise of his eye brows confirmed her suspicions, "My name is Eliza."

The world seemed to stop in that moment. His heart dropped to the bottom of his chest and the color drained from his features as he recognized the grin playing on her lips. Looking back into her eyes, he saw her mother, "I'm your daughter." The young girl smiled, bouncing on her toes a bit as she looked up at the long haired man standing in the doorway.

"You've made a mistake, kid." He hummed quickly, taking a deep breath as his heart raced in his chest, "I don't have a daughter."
