"Irina," Jake called from behind me and pulled me off of Alex. I looked at both of them then walked out of the room. I left the warehouse deciding I needed to go for a walk. Walking I found a large tree that I sat under, what was I going to do now I was a vampire. Asking myself so many questions I hadn't realized someone had come up next to me, at least not until he spoke.

"May I sit next to you," he asked I looked over to see that he was about 36 years of age, his black hair was long and his brown eyes looked lifeless. It didn't talk me long to notices he was a vampire.

"I don't own the ground you can sit there if you want," I mumbled looking back away from him.

"I guess your right," he said sitting next to me, and as soon as he sat down I got up. "Where are you going?" he asked me.

"I can't stop you from sitting there but it doesn't mean I have to sit next to you," I told him.

The man started laughing, "Please won't you sit with me, I would really appreciate the company" he asked looking into my eyes. I felt like I had to sit next to him so I nodded and sat back down but for a long time we were silent.

"So, what's it like...?" I whispered and he looked over at me. "Being a vampire I mean...?" I said making sure he understood what I was saying.

"Let's just say it not fun," he answered. I sighed he didn't really answer my question, I was about to get up and head back to the guys where a car came flying around the corner and almost hit me. The car stopped and two men in black suits got out of the car.

"Sir you have to stop this now," one of the men said to the vampire, I was sitting next to before.

The man looked back at me, "this is my decision and I have desisted to let her live," he told them.

Was he talking about me, what did he mean he was going to let me live? Was he planning to kill me all along, and I hadn't even hesitated to sit next to him. I ran hoping that they wouldn't follow me; maybe I could get back to the guys in time. They would know what to do; they could save me from these men. Running I hit something, looking I realized it was not something but someone, the old man. How was it possible that he got in front of me? was I going insane? not even the guys where that fast. "Come with me and no one gets hurt," he said. At first I thought of running again but he would just catch up. I decided it was best to go along with him; I mean it didn't seem as though I had any other options.

He opened the door to the car that almost ran me over, I climbed into the back seat and he followed. The whole time I was looking out the window trying to find out where they were taking me and how to get away. We stopped in front of a big business like building; he got out of the car and told me to get out as well. I got out and we walked up to the front door of the building, a man on the inside opened it. We walked in and up the stairs, there where doors everywhere you looked, but right at the end of the hall was the biggest door of them all. We walked right down to the end then the old man easily pushed open the large door. Inside was a very large room that looked like an office. It had the big desk in the middle of the room with the expensive looking chair behind it. He walked over to the desk picked up the phone that was there and dialed a number.

He pointed to a chair that was next to the wall beside the desk; I went over and took a seat. It seemed like forever that we sat in silence, until the door opened. My eyes widened there was Alex, Dean, Aiden, and Jake. Ok they had some explaining to do, what the hell was going on? I took another look at Dean and my eyes couldn't help wonder to the two bite marks in his neck. Suddenly I realized the hunger in my stomach, I just wanted to jump up and bite Dean right now. Oh no what was I thinking, how could I want to drink b-blood? No one said anything; everyone was just standing there looking like they didn't know what was going to happen next. I didn't think any of them were going to talk, and I was getting sick of not knowing what was going on.

"So is anyone going to tell me what's going on?" I asked, and then the old man started to talk.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked the guys as if I didn't just ask a question.

"I was going to tell you," Aiden was the first to say anything, but still no one was answering my question. They were acting as if I wasn't even there.

"I knew about this from the beginning, I was waiting for one of you to kill her," the man said pointing at me. What, they were going to kill me? Now I was mad at these people they were talking about me like I wasn't even here. It also seemed they had other plans for me. Like killing me, but if they were going to kill me why did they turn me? They started talking again which pulled me away from my thoughts.

"SHUT UP!" I yelled and they all looked over at me.

"What's going on and what did you mean, kill me!?" I asked trying to lower my voice so I wasn't screaming at them.

"Well...this is my father," Aiden said almost in a whisper. What, that means he is the king of vampires or something like that, I thought to myself. The room was silent again.

"Why were you talking about killing me?" I asked and this time Aiden's father answered.

"If any of the vampire council (head vampires) don't want you to live then we have a meeting about it, but in the end I have the final say." His held up his head, trying to look all high and mighty but it wasn't working he was just making me more annoyed.

"So they wanted to kill me, but why?" I asked holding myself back from shaking the answers out of this old man.

"We didn't intend to let you be turned but it's too late now," he said with a sigh. Looking from him to the guys I had no idea what to say, I moved my mouth but nothing seemed to come out. "I will have people watching you, but for now you can live with the boys and they can teach you all you need to know," the old man said before waving to the door. The guys walked out and I followed them but still had many questions. It was going to have to wait till I got home, looks like life is going to get interesting from here on out.
