Chapter: 5 vampire napped
It was just getting dark when we got back to the school great most of the students should be off to there first class. When we got to the end of the path in the forest there was no one there maybe every one was already in class. I looked around to see some people laying against the wall I waved towards them "hey what happened?" I thought I said it loud. They didn't reply they didn't even move when I started walking over to them I realized the ground was covered in blood.
It wasn't just near them now that I look around it was every where. I started shaking who could have done this Alex came over and put his hand on my shoulder. I turned around "come on" he said as he picked me up. We were going really fast so I couldn't tell where we were going. When we stopped and he put me down I had to hold my head I felt sick. Alex started walking so I looked up we were outside of my grandfathers office. That's right my grandfather forgetting about feeling sick I ran past Alex and pushed the door open. My grandfather was laying there in the middle of the floor blood surrounded him. I fell to my knees and cried he was gone I was trembling I put his head in my hands.
I sat there crying like that for about half an hour I just wanted to see him 1 last time to tell him I loved him. I finally stopped crying but only because I couldn't cry anymore. I rubbed my sore eyes and laid his head back down. I turned around to see Alex standing there with his head down. That was respect I had always been told that when someone died you would hang your head. Most people do this because they are sad but it is something vampires it means respect. I turned back around to see my grandfather one last time, when I was little I would always spend most of my time with him now it was time to say goodbye.
Once when I was little my dog died my grandfather was the only one that was there for me I still remember what he said that day. "Irina don't cry because he is watching he wouldn't want you to cry because of him" Alex walked over to my grandfather. That broke me out of my memory he picked him up and walked over to the bedroom. I ran over and opened the door for him we both walked in and Alex put him on his bed. I leaned over and whispered into my grandfather's ear "I will not cry" then I smiled. I will be strong for him I then remembered Aiden, Dean and Billy. I ran down the stairs and all the way to my dorm.
The door was cracked and a little open I pushed it the rest of the way. I walked in and the place was a total mess there was stuff every where and most of it was broken. The first person I seen was Billy but he didn't make it I still wasn't going to cry. Then I seen Dean lying under a piece of wood then Alex came in. I sighed no one made it when I looked back over at Dean I seen his fingers move. "Alex" as soon as I said his name he knew what to do. He walked over and moved the wood then Dean kind of just rolled over and Alex dropped the piece of wood. I could see Deans chest moving he was breathing he made it I was so happy.
Dean's eyes slowly opened and I helped him sit up. He looked around then he tried to get up but I didn't let him. Dean must have lost a lot of strength because he was being held down by a human. Alex came and picked Dean up "Irina we have to leave" Alex said as he headed for the door. I was about to follow but I forgot about Aiden "Dean what happened to Aiden" Dean just shock his head.
