Gian's POV
Kakatapos lang nang practice namin sa Gym. We were washing ourselves. Nasa Shower Room kami. Natapos na akong maligo at magbihis. When France, a friend came up to me. Nakatapis pa. Kakatapos lang maligo.
"Gian?" He said.
"What? Magbihis ka na daw. Tatanggalin ko yang tapis mo ngayon." Binantaan ko siya, lumaki ang kanyang mga mata kay dali-dali siyang nagbihis.
Palabas na kami nang Room nang kinalabit ulit ako ni France.
"What?"
"Si Rhea."
"What happened to her?" I worriedly asked.
"Nasa clinic daw. May away kasing naganap kanina sa practice nila."
"Puntahan natin." I said then we ran towards the School Clinic.
"Paano mo pala nalaman?" I asked while were running.
"Yung gulo sa labas ng Gym? Sila yon. Narinig ko lang din."
I opened the door quickly. And there I saw Rhea. May pasa siya sa braso at may sugat sa paa.
"Are you okay?" I asked then hold her shoulders. She was stunned.
Rhea's POV
It's happening. Again. I'm in a slow motion again. Those words. That touch on my shoulder. The worried face.
Why? My heart is beating fastly again. Before I knew it. My face flushed red, again.
"Parang namula ka yata? May lagnat ka ba?" Lumaki ang mata ko sa tanong niya. Akma niya akong hawakan sa noo pero I avoided my gaze.
"Okay lang. Ano ba?"
"I was really worried."
Those words. I want to hear it every minute. It feels like music to my ears. The rythm, the tone. Perfect piece.
"Hi nga pala." Buti nalang at Quin interrupted. She greeted the man beside Gian. Oh. Our classmate France.
"Hi Quin." He greeted Quin back. Then they smiled at each other.
Wait. I just sensed something.
Kinalabit ko si Quin. Naka-ilang kuhit pa ako bago niya ako pinansin. Parang bagot pa siya na tinawag ko siya.
"What?" Aba? Nagtataray ang ate niyo oh?
"Nothing." Then I grinned. Pinalo niya ako at nagtawanan kami.
