Finishing up, I sprayed a little bit of perfume on my neck. I looked into the mirror to see my outfit. A band t-shirt, black skinny jeans, my regular black high tops, and my hair curled. Louis didn't say where we'd go, but I think this'll be ok. Just laid back to chill, how I always looked (except I usually kept my hair straight. I'm not sure why I did it, I got a bit bored).

Louis:

Come on out doll face .x

He was here. Yay. Or not. I'd rather not go, but once more my need to do things people told me not to do made me stubborn- it even made me do things I didn't want to do. Just to show them I had the ability to do anything I wanted. How ironic was that?

"Jade," Julia barged into my room. Ugh, what does she want? "Are you going out with that Louis guy?"

I raised my eyebrow, "No we're not 'going out', we're just going to hang out, what's it to you?"

"Everyone knows he is trouble! He's way worse than that friend of yours, Danny!"

I rolled my eyes, like she knew anything. "Shut up and just stay out of my life, alright?" I rushed her out of my room and quickly walked out the door before she could give me a sermon.

It was a bit weird that Julia knew of Louis when a few days ago I didn't. However, there is the fact that Danny didn't like me knowing much about other gangs. Also, since I was our gang's secret, no one knew about me. That explains how Louis didn't know of me either.

I let myself into the front seat of Louis' car. "Hey babe," he greeted.

"Louis," I said his name indifferently, as a hello.

"He chuckled before responding, "Ready to go?"

I buckled in my seatbelt, "Where?"

"My house," and with that he started to drive.

"It's pretty big for someone who lives by himself?" I questioned, unsure.

"Yeah," he sighed, letting us inside.

Since it was just us two and it was tidy, unlike the other day, I got to admire it even more. He had a gigantic flat screen telly. His living room was also really nice. You could tell he had money.

"Come on," he led me to the sliding door that led to his backyard. "Bonfireeee!" He was already outside. I looked at him amusingly, was he serious? "What? Are you scared you'll catch on fire?" He laughed. "Just come on," he grabbed my wrist and pulled me outside.

I sat down comfortably while Louis got the fire going. I noticed a bag of marshmallows. Ooh. "Marshmallows?"

"Yeah they're pretty great. Want one?"

When I nodded, he handed me a stick with a marshmallow at the tip of it. I stuck it inside the fire. It was calming under the starry night. Before Louis startled me.
