Part of the reason Jeff came to the mansion was because he was starting to go blind. Though he'd tried to protect his eyes, they were quickly filming over with cateracts, even with his added immunity by being a creepypasta. He'd heard Slenderman could work miricles, and he was right. The damage was so severe Slender couldn't reverse all of it, which is why Jeff needs glasses and has his special eyedrops, but he's no longer in any danger of going blind.
