Alright sorry its taken so long for me to update. I hate it when people don't update and now I did the same. So sorry but I've had a friend visiting from out of my area and I haven't seen her in months so I haven't had time to update. But oh well. heres Chapter 5! Yayyyy. Ok so I need 12 votes to update Ch.6.

Chapter 5

NIcoles POV:

I woke up in my room but it wasn't to the sound of my alarm clock. It was Friday and I was supose to be working at 8:00! Its 10:36! Just as I was about to start freeking out I heard my door open and Nancy was standing in the doorway.

"Hey Sweetie"she said.

"Why isn't my alarm clock on?"I asked. "I am suppose to work today!I'm so late! What am I going to say? Ed might fire me."

"Calm down sweetheart. Ed called this morning and said you could have the day off because he thought you would still be tired and its Friday so he thought it would be a nice treat for you.So your Dad turned off your alarm clock when he left for work this morning. I took the day off to get you ready for your date with Spencer"

"Wow Ed is giving me Friday off?----Wait did you say date?"

"Oh yeah, Spencer called this morning because Ed gave him the day off too and said you had agreed to go on a date with him at some point and he wanted to know if you would go out with him tonight." Nancy said.

"So I have a date tonight?" I asked.

"Yup and I'm going to help you get ready but I'd love to be filled in on how this came about and you still haven't told me about yesterday."

So I filled Nancy in on yesterdays events and then I told her about Spencer.She just kept telling me about how cute she thought this all was. Then we decided to go shopping and get a new outfit for tonight. (actually Nancy decided to go and I was dragged along.)

Spencers POV:

I woke up to Meghan shaking me. Meghan is my little sister. She is the best! But right now she was screaming something at me but I was still half asleep and didn't understand all of it.It sounded like "Yayyyyy! You don't have to work so can we play?" Meghan is 8 so this sounded more like "Because you love me will you dress up like a girl and play Barbies with me?" But then my mom came in.

"Meghan calm down. spencer just woke up and had a long day yesterday. Let him take a breathe before you attack him."She said.

"Ummm yah Meg how about we go out for ice cream or something. I looked over at my clock. It said 9:47. I was kind of disappointed that I didn't have to work today because I really wanted to see Nicole again before the weekend. Then I heard Meghan say "Yay and ice creame date!" It reminded me of Nicoles promisse to let me take her out on my dads boat.

"Ummm I have to call Nicole" I said.Then I left my mom laughing as Meghan said "aww Spencers got a girlfriend." I only wish she was right. I think I really like Nicole. She just seems so...Perfect.

I went down staris and called the number that Kelsey had given me the other day at lunch. She seemed almost to happy for Nicole and I. She was all about helping me to get Nicole on a date except in a seriousness she had said "You had better NOT hurt her or I will hurt you. " Let me tell you Kelsey can intimidate a person very easily. So I called Nicoles house in hopes that she wasn't kidding when we had made light plans to go out on the boat.
