This time I wasn't at the Hospital Wing.

I was in a bed.

And there were boys staring at me.

And they went by the name of the Marauders.

This can't be happening, Potter didn't tell them, did he?

‘She’s okay, Lily Flower!’ Potter shouts at Lily.

Oh so he told my friends as well.

‘Don’t try that ever again.’ Said Lupin.

‘Who are you to tell me?’ I replied haughtily.

I gave up on myself.

He can't tell me not to give up; sometimes all you can do is give up and watch others win their battles.

‘D, please don't...’ Lily pleaded. ‘Your precious to me, to Marlene, to Alice... You can't give up on yourself so early in life.’

I got up. ‘Where am I?’

‘Our dorm.’ My tormentors answered in unison, as if they save people from suiciding, like, all the time.

‘I’m going.’ I walked out the door.

‘No!’ Someone picked me up. ‘You’re not going anywhere.’

‘Put me down, Lupin,’ I thrashed in his arms.

‘You’re sleeping in our dorm tonight.’ Said Potter.

‘No.’ I said. ‘And Lupin, put me down.’

He put me down. And then blocked the door.

I sat on the messiest bed in the dorm (I bet it was Potter’s).

‘You should sleep.’ Said Black.

‘No shit,’ countered Potter.

‘Can you all just — stop?’ I screamed. ‘PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE. I HATE BEING PITIED.’

I got up and was our of the dorm in no time. I was already running towards the ROR.
