"She says I remind her of home, feeling oh so far from home, she never saw herself as a west coaster, moved all the way 'cause her grandma told her 'Towns, better swim before you drown' ..." - Carolina - Harry Styles

10 Months Later

Townes had actually moved to LA like she had planned to back in July. She was living in a small apartment and studying literature at college.

She and Harry had texted back and forth a bit but they gradually grew further and further apart.

By some stroke of luck, she had Good Morning America on while she made breakfast before her first class. She heard a familiar voice start their performance on stage. She whipped her head around to look at her small television. The familiar face of her favourite Cheshire boy was taking up the screen.

She quickly pouted her milk and sat with her cereal on the couch, intently watching the screen. He began singing his single Sign of the Times. When he released it, she was probably one of the first to have bought it. The soft rock sound of it was exactly how she liked music.

Once he finished, he started playing a song she hadn't heard before. She turned the TV up so she could hear better.

"She's got a family in Carolina
So far away, but she says I remind her of home
Feeling oh so far from home
She never saw herself as a west coaster
Moved all the way 'cause her grandma told her
'Towns, better swim before you drown'"

Her mouth drops open in shock. Her hands shakily run through her hair. She told him that in the beach in LA. He wrote a fucking song about her.

"She's a good girl
She's such a good girl
She's a good girl
She feels so good"

That cheeky little shit. He was signing about her and him in the guest bedroom in New York.

"She's got a book for every situation
Gets into parties without invitations
How could you ever turn her down?
There's not a drink that I think could sink her
How would I tell her that she's all I think about?
Well, I guess she just found out
She's a good girl
She's such a good girl
She's a good girl
She feels so good
She feels so good"

He continues on singing and she continues to shake. She fumbles around for her phone. She knows he won't see until after the performance but she was texting him anyway.

"I met her once and wrote a song about her
I wanna scream, yeah
I wanna shout it out
And I hope she hears me now"

"Oh, I fucking hear you Styles." She mumbles as she pulls up his contact.

"She's a good girl
She's such a good girl
She's a good girl
Feels so good
She feels so good
She feels so good
She feels so good
She's a good girl
She feels so good
Oh, yeah
Oh, yeah"

He finished the song and the crowd cheers. She smiles at her television, watching him interact with the crowd.

She sent him a text before leaving for school.
Cheeky boy

She's in the middle of her class when her phone vibrates on the desk.

What are you going to do about it, Jones?

Write a song about you and perform it on Good Morning America

I'd like to see you try

Give 3-4 months and better voice and I'll prove you wrong Styles

Sure you will

I'd do it just to prove you wrong

I don't doubt that

AND ITS DONE!!! Woooo break out the cake and champagne. This is the first book I have finished that didn't suck balls!

Before I sign off I need to thank Hannah, my best friend, fellow Directioner and the only fangirl without a Wattpad account! She has been my editor and the person that kept me writing. I bounced all of my ideas off her so she gets a big round of applause
