"Let others defile me of what they think because what they think of me is some sort of kid who lives in a family of criminals. I don't care if they do, they don't know me, so what gives them the right to just label me a criminal simply because my dad went to jail for being drunk like labeling out that gay is wrong, it's not wrong; it's love." ~@Grace_ShadowWolf

This wonderful person was reading my other book Damian and decided to leave a quote by her. I thought that it was really meaningful and true so I put it in here, you can follow her if you want. Have a good day, bye!

Lately I've been avoiding Aristotle as much as I could. He's been avoiding me as well, so I guess it's mutual.

"I wonder what happened." I heard Cameron say to Jesus as I walked into the kitchen. Jesus was cooking something that looked like a mixture of a falafel and spinach pot stickers. Don't ask.

"Morning!" Cameron said with a cheeky smile realizing I just walked in. I smiled and sat down on the island chairs. Jesus turned around and glanced at me before continuing to cook. "It's a new recipe he's cooking!"

"A new recipe?" I asked looking at Jesus. He nodded and took the food out onto a plate.

"Try it." Jesus said looking at Cameron and I. Jesus's eyes looked like a river for the split I saw them.

"Does it have meat?" I asked taking a piece of the dumpling looking falafel.

"No. Completely vegan." He said leaning down on the counter and wiggled his eyebrows.

"You try it first Cameron." I said turning my attention towards Cameron. He shrugged his shoulders and threw the whole thing into his mouth.

His initial reaction was disgust, his eyebrows and face looked like it rolled into a ball. It's weird to describe it. And his hands were to his chest, like It was giving him heart burn.

"Fucking hell! That was so bad but good!" Cameron said getting another. I laughed and did the same thing Cameron did, threw the whole dumpling into my mouth.

My heart stopped for a moment, letting the food settle into my mouth. It feels like there's a fire erupting under my tongue and I could feel a burning sensation get replaced with a sour one. A sour bitter taste, it was hard not to cough this shit out of my mouth.

But then once it went down my stomach, it tasted like a normal, delicious falafel with the relaxing nice taste of a spinach pot sticker.

"Wow." I said whipping the tears from my eyes. "That was better than what I thought I'd be."

Jesus clapped his hands and cheered. "Yes! I knew this would taste good."

I laughed and took another one, all of us cheered and plopped the thing in our mouth.

"Oo!" We all said at once.

"I have something to tell you." Matthew said coming into my room. I looked up from the book he let me borrow and sighed.

"Yeah?" I asked sitting up straight. He sighed and sat down on the edge of my bed.

"The Disciples offered us a deal that we're going to take." He said fiddling with his fingers. "There's going to be a fight. But if we win, we get to have Arlene and swap for you. If we lose, then they get to take you back and keep Arlene."

"Arlene?" I asked. He nodded and looked off into the distance. I get swapped either way? Isn't that a win-win situation.

"We're thinking of taking it." He said. I held in the gasp and just nodded my head.
