~~ The next day ~~
"Mila!" Someone calls my name from the kitchen, so I get up from the couch and walk over. I see Jin standing there and greet him. "Hi oppa. Is something wrong," I ask. "Mi, I need a favor," he says. "Okay. What is it," I ask. "I have to go run some errands and I don't have time to make breakfast. Do you think you can do it for me," he asks. "No problem," I answer and he smiles. "Kamsamnida flower," he says and hugs me," I'll be home in a few hours." "You're welcome. You should go since it seems like you are going to have a pretty busy day," I say. "Arrasso. Saranghae," he says wave. "Bye oppa. Nado saranghae," I reply and wave back as he leaves.
I lock the door behind him and go back to the kitchen. I start making breakfast for the other boys and I and finish really fast. I make the plates and set them on the table before calling the boys down.
"Guys! Breakfast is done," I yell from the bottom of the stairs and go back to the kitchen to avoid being trampled by a crowd of hungry guys. Not long after I call them, I hear the sound of loud steps on the stairs. All of the boys appear in the kitchen.
"Did you make breakfast again," Hoseok asks and I nod. "Yep," I answer and he smiles. I swear his smile is so bright that I almost went blind. "He likes your cooking almost as much as he likes Jin hyung's," says Jungkook and I look at him," We all do." I look at him surprised. "Was that a compliment, Kookie," I ask and he shrugs, but I see a small smile form on his lips. "Maybe," he says and I just smile.
I look around at the other guys and see everyone but Jin, who left, and Taehyung. "Kookie, where's Tae," I ask. He was about to answer when someone hugs me from behind and says," I'm here." I turn and see Taehyung backhugging me, so I hug him back.
"Hi Tae," I say. "Hi Mi," he says back and I look back at the other guys while Taehyung continues hugging me from behind. I see Jungkook staring at us and something seems off. The slight smile he had earlier is gone and has been replaced with a scowl.
"Gwenchana Kookie," I ask and he glares at me a little. "Gwenchana Jungkook," I correct myself. "I'm fine," he grumbles and plops down in a seat at the table. I don't buy that for a single moment, but I decide to leave him alone for a little bit so that he can calm down and we don't end up having an argument.
The rest of us walk over to the table too and everyone sits down. I'm the last to sit down and the only seat left is inbetween Jungkook and Taehyung since Yoongi has his feet in the other one. I sigh and say a silent prayer before taking the seat.
Normally, I wouldn't mind sitting between them because Tae is my bestfriend and Jungkook and I would usually end up arguing over something. But now it feels awkward and I don't know why, so I just eat like everyone else and try to ingnore the tension in the air.
Once we all finish eating, I clear the dishes and carry them to the sink. Taehyung offers to do the dishes since I cooked, but I just tell him that I don't mind doing it and start washing them. As I wash the dishes Jungkook walks into the kitchen and stands on the other side off the counter.
"Hey," he says. "Hi Kookie," I say before remembering the look he gave me earlier. "Sorry Jungkook." "Don't worry about it. I don't mind," he says. "Arrasso. Are you okay, by the way? You got upset earlier," I ask and he shakes his head. "It's nothing," he says distractedly and watches me as I do the dishes. I look at him concerningly and furrow my brows.
"Are you sure," I ask. "Mhm," he hums, but he seems to be spacing out a little. I suddenly get an idea and look at Jungkook again. "Let's go hangout," I say as I dry my hands and he looks at me. "Pardon," he asks. "Let's go hangout," I repeat. "Oh. I don't know," he says. "Aww, c'mon Kookie," I plead," It doesn't have to be for a long time. We could just get boba or something and come back."
