A year later;

"Happy one year anniversary." Naruto uncovers Lyn's eyes. Lyn opens her eyes slowly her vision focusing on a magnificent view of a dark blue lake.

"Naruto..you didn't have to." Lyn mumbles still amazed.

"Eh I wanted to.." He says as his arms wrap around her waist from behind "Mrs. Uzumaki." He kisses her cheek.

Lyn blushes crazily wrapping her arms around his own.

"Shall we?" Naruto questions turning to the table beside them. "No." Lyn commands, taking his hand stopping him from moving.

"What—"

The new member of the Uzumaki family took her husband into an embrace, gently listening to his heart beat carefully.

This–this is the life Lyn has always wanted, though Naruto didn't dare to ponder about her actions and just embraced her more.

Lyn closed her eyes once more taking it all in. Her life was beautiful. Everything was perfect.

"I love you." She spoke

Naruto smiles pressing a kiss to his wife's forehead. She lifts up her head pressing their lips together in a soft kiss.

"I love you more."
