I was blinded by the pretty words and calming giggles that came from the both of us. His gorgeous eyes and bright smile. His soothing voice and calming laughter.
But he was never mine. Never will be. I guess I just wanted a second more. But was given a second less. Cheated out of something amazing. Yet wrong. Warm hugs and giggles. His right hand tightly around my waist. His left firmly placed on my jaw. I'm hung up on these old feelings that should never have developed.
