"I-I can't breathe! I-I can't breathe!" She sobbed, her shaky hands intertwined with her black hair. "O-Oh please help me! h-help me! P-Please don't leave me!" She sobbed pressing her face against the floor.
Her mind screamed. Her movements were staggered. But, nevertheless she got up.
She grabbed a piece of metal and slammed it against the glass of that door that was keeping her captive, repeatedly till it shattered.
She shakily reached her arm through, the sharp edges of glass digging into her bicep. She gritted her teeth and pushed at the door knob.
The door creaked open and she fell out into the white halls. The bright fluorescent lights flickering annoyingly. She shook her head and pulled on her hair. Her breathing was ragged and wheezy.
"F-Fresh air... y-yes fresh air." She mumbled holding her hand at the front of her throat. "T-Thank you..." She mumbled.
—
She paced through the white halls. It was like a maze. She left little beads from her necklace to mark everywhere she went. "D-Damnit!! Let me out you bastards!" She screamed balling her hands into fists. "L-LET ME OUT!" she shrieked, tears dripping off her cheeks.
A little ball of light illuminated the dark hallway and bobbed in the air. "Jantje..."
the distressed woman looked up, her eyes reflecting the light of the sprite. "Y-Yes?" She asked, responding to her name... though she had not heard it in so long.
"Follow, my child."
Jantje walked behind it. Her feet pattering against the cold tiled floors, her head cocked to the side with curiosity. "M-Mum?" She mumbled. "M-Mum is that you?" She asked pausing in her tracks.
No answer from the sprite frustrated the woman.
"M-Mum I need you, I'm scared!" She yelled, gritting her teeth roughly.
Hands were placed softly on her face and she opened her eyes. Tears making their way down her blushed cheeks.
She stared up into the deep white eyes of a smoke spirit. "S-Speak to me, l-let me know you're real!!" She screamed, spitting at the cloud of darkness with soulless eyes.((Well! I decided to re-write Innocent and Psychopathic! For I have gotten a lot better at writing! enjoy!
