First Love - A Greyson Chance Love Story

Chapter 46

     It was a perfect moment for me and Greyson. He picked a flower from the ground and put it on my ears. It was so sweet. I feel like I'm a princess. 

     "Oh Greyson. Why are you being so sweet to me?" I asked him.

     "I like you. I love you. That's why."

     "Hmm... I love you too." he blushed and both of us laughed.

     We were just giggling and talking. Then the rain stopped and mom arrived. She was holding 2 paper bags and Greyson stood up to help her. 

     "Let me help you with this." he took the paperbag from my mom's arms.

     "Thanks sweetie." 

     "Mom, why didn't you leave the key under the doormat? Both of us are like wet chicks now because of the rain." I complained.

     "I'm sorry. I forgot. I also thought that you won't come home early." she answered. I have a feeling the mom knows about the thing Greyson did to me by the park. 

     "Oh okay." 

     "Come inside Greyson and have a tea to warm you up." 

     We went inside and mom gave us towels. He sat on the living room and I took a quick shower. When I'm done, I saw that Greyson's already dry and he already changed his clothes.

     "Where did you get those clothes?" I asked him.

     "I gave it to him." mom answered.

     "Those clothes are for boys. And all of us are girls here."

     "Stop asking questions and eat dinner."

     Greyson was smiling all the way and I don't know why. He's weird. Super weird.

     Mom prepared roasted beef and salad for dinner.

     "These is the best roasted beef I've ever tasted!" Greyson said looking to my mom.

     "Why thank you." mom answered. "One week left in school. You guys do good in your exams, alright?"

     We nodded.

     After eating, he stayed for a while and talked a bit with my mom. I don't understand why they are so close. It's like they've been friends since forever. They both like The Beatles. Mom actually said to him that she has a big crush on Paul McCartney which is really funny and at the same time, annoying. Both of them also sing "Hey Jude" together. Sometimes, I hum with them. It's so fun that all of us are close and sticked to each other.

     Exam week has arrived. It's a Tuesday night and I've been studying in Biology for almost 4 hours already. That's okay Sophie. Only 3 days left and bye school. All of your hardwork will be worth it. 

     Wednesday. Bio was a bit hard but I think I'll get a B on it. Social was kinda easy. I'm expecting a high grade on that. Tomorrow's exam will be Math. I'm gonna die.

     "Hey Sophie." Greyson said. He appeared from behind.

     "Hey."

     "How was Bio for you?" 

     "It's fine. Not easy, not hard. How about you?"

     "It was so hard for me. I hate Science. So much." 

     "At least you're good in Math. I'm really nervous for tomorrow's exam. I think I'm gonna fail."

     "Oh Sophie. When did you ever fail on anything?"

     "Tomorrow. I'll fail. I can feel it."

     "I can help you in reviewing if you want to."

     "Really?"

     "Of course. We can study together."

     "That's a great idea!"

     "Okay then. I'll go to your house at 4PM. See you!" 

     I waved goodbye to him. Teehee! I'm so excited to review with him. I think it's gonna be really hard but fun since I'll be with him. Oh Greyson :')
