HENRY LIED AWAKE in his bed while he stared up at the ceiling and pondered about what George wanted to talk to him about. He thought about how amazing it would be if he asked him out for Valentine's day, but how could that happen? For all he knew, George wasn't interested in him.
"Henry!" Spencer yelled, jolting Henry awake, a little too fast, he fell of the side of his bed. He scrambled up and looked over at Spencer, his eyes wide.
"What the bloody hell?! You nearly gave me a heart attack!" Henry yelled.
"I-I can- uh- talk again, n-normally." Spencer said, quieter than before. Henry huffed and glared at him before he got dressed and walked down to the common room.
"Hey, I was just coming up to- what's the matter with you?" Wren said, meeting him at thw bottom of the stairs.
"Spencer." Henry put on a fake smile, "He can talk normally again!" He finished, sarcasm coating his words.
"Great." Wren sighed. "Wanna go get breakfast?" Henry nodded as they began walking out of the common room. "You remember what I was saying about you liking-"
"Stop right there, Wren. I've already told you, I don't like him like that." Henry said, "That's like me saying you like Spencer like that."
"It's not like that!" Wren said, defensively.
"Well, it's not like that for me either!" Henry yelled, gaining the attention of some students walking passed them in the corridor.
"Okay, if you don't like him like that, then you don't care he's flirting with some girl right now." Wren said, subtly pointing towards George, talking to a girl that was blushing and laughing at something he said.
Henry tried to hide the fact that he was insanely jealous right now, and replied with, "I don't care, Wren. He's free to flirt with whoever he wants."
Wren sighed before responding with a more depressed, "Alright," Then mumbled, "Maybe I just wanted one of my ships to work out, is that too much to ask?"
At that, Henry rolled his eyes, "You have, like, ninety ships. One being Harry and Draco. For goodness sake, do you really think any of them are going to work out?" He asked.
"I hate you." Wren huffed as they entered the Great Hall.
"Just keep telling yourself that." Henry replied to her with a soft laugh.

'Maybe this time, George will be alone, so I could talk to him.' Henry thought as he walked down the corridor. He didn't know where exactly George would be, but he hoped he'd find him in the corridors somewhere, preferably without Fred.
There were only a few people in the corridor Henry was in, so if George was there, it wouldn't be hard to find him. As he walked, one of his Hufflepuff friends, Hannah Abbott, motioned him over to the two other girls she was chatting with.
"Hey Hannah," He said, walking over to the group of girls.
"Hey Henry," Hannah replied, she went to go on and talk about when they could start studying for their Potions final. Henry was focusing on the conversation, until out of the corner of his eye, he saw George with the same girl from yesterday, this time they were closer.
"Hannah- I- I gotta go, I'll see you later," Henry said as he turned and walked off quicker than he anticipated, he felt like he was jogging a little.

"Henry, are you alright? You look a little pale. Are you sick?" Wren asked as she sat down in front of him at dinner. Henry had to admit, he looked and felt a little dazed.
"Yeah, I think I'm just a little hungry, that's all." He replied softly. Seeing George with - who he assumed to be - his girlfriend. But, yeah, he felt a tad sick.
"You won't believe what Katie- Henry, are you okay?" Spencer said, sliding himself next to his friend.
"I'm fine!" Henry responded, louder than he intended. "I'm fine." He said quieter, Spencer still looked at him alarmed.
"I'll see you guys back in common room." Henry said as he stood up from the table and walked out of the Great Hall, desperately wanting to get away from his friends as soon as possible.
As he walked back to Gryffindor common room, he passed dozens of people on their way to dinner, two of them being George and whatever her name is.
"Just what I want to see." He mumbled to himself as he took his glare off of the two, whose eyes were only on each other.
When he got back to his dormitory, he fell on to his bed and only had one thought on his mind, "The perfect end to a perfect day," and even thoughit was only a thought, he could easily hear a specific sarcasm in his conscience.
