New kid in town

Y/N's POV
I was on my way to school it's my senior year I got to school and everyone parted I guess you could say I'm respected I'm the badass of this school i don't care who gets picked on but one person is off limits and if you do pick on her you'll get a broken nose but the only problem is that she doesn't even know I'm protecting her.
I was leaning against my locker when I heard about the New kid I was keeping an eye on Lauren Incase the new kid tried to pick on her.
He was walking and saw Lauren and smirked and because she was a nerd he tried to pick on her all you heard were gasps and whispers "saying he picked the wrong nerd" "shit y/n is gonna kill him" "he has a death wish" I went over to them and punched him right in the nose I said "pick on anyone else but jauregui is off limits that's a rule in this school and everyone knows so leave" he ran off and I turned and walked away I could feel Lauren staring at me but she can't know the truth yet.

Lauren's POV
When I got to school I was at my locker and everyone parted for Y/n I honestly don't like her after that I was hearing about the new kid he was just another jock he made his way over to knocked my books out of my hands and said "stupid nerd" I heard gasps and then whispers "he just picked the wrong nerd" "he's got a death wish" I was confused and then I see a fist connect with his face it was y/n she said "pick on anyone else but jauregui is off limits now run off" and he left she walked away I was confused on why I was off limits but I still didn't like her
