Author's Note

Okay, so I said this on my other story: "Don't Say You Love Me" already, but I think we've got to address the elephant in the room: Sooyoung, Seohyun and Tiffany not renewing their SM contracts, AKA them leaving SNSD.

A part of me is completely devastated and crying on the inside. But another part of me is happy for them because this is what they want and I will support them no matter want. This was going to happen sooner or later, I know.

Even though SNSD is down to five members, OT9 will always exist in our memories so don't be too sad, guys.

Lisa's POV

The paparazzi chased us all the way to the back door. They were ruthless. I held onto Jennie's hand as we ran, finally making our way to the back door where a security guard was gesturing us inside.

We dashed into the building, hearing the door slam shut behind us and the security guard locking the door. "Come with me," he said, guiding us through the venue to where we had to go.

"This place is huge," Jennie said as we climbed up a flight of stairs. "BamBam must be flipping rich."

No one knew BamBam better than me, and I knew that he has expensive taste. He always had. "I wonder where the security guard is leading us," I said.

I found out the second right after as I gasped because we had arrived. We were standing at the top of a flight of stairs leading down to the most elegant ballroom I had ever seen. It almost felt like we were in a fairytale. The only thing that stood out of place was the refreshments table at the side. A huge chandelier connected to the ceiling reflected the lights.

The security guard gestured at the stairs. "Enjoy your time," he said before walking away to continue whatever he had to do.

I held out my arm to Jennie. "Shall we?" She giggled, looping her arm around mine as she nodded. I'd never seen Jennie so shy before. She was usually a really savage badass, but right now her cheeks were pink and she smiled as shyly as a schoolgirl in love. Just like me, she was giddy with how beautiful this place was.

Jennie and I made our way down the stairs and I felt people's gaze on me. I just continued walking, Jennie at my side. I saw Jisoo so I made my way to her.

"Hey, where's Rosé?" Jennie asked nervously, as if she had a secret.

"Outside talking with YG," Jisoo said. "He seemed mad at her for something." One petty part of me wanted to cackle gleefully knowing that little golden girl Rosé had gotten into trouble, but another weird part of me was actually worried. Sometimes YG can be really harsh with his words. And as much as I hated Rosé, I didn't want her to be yelled at.

"Maybe I should go check on her?" I said. I didn't even know what I was thinking. Jennie turned to me in surprise, when Jisoo tapped me on the shoulder and pointed behind me, where the stairs were.

"I don't think you need to, because she's right there."

Previously, the ballroom had been full of laughter and people chatting but something made them stop as complete silence filled the room. I turned around to see Rosé walking down the stairs.

I couldn't hold back a gasp as I saw her. She was wearing a long black dress that reached all the way to the floor. Her hair was curly, tumbling down her shoulders. She wore a pair of fancy earrings that shined as the lights hit it at the right angle.
