he eats his burrito, staring at katherine while she devours hers.

"what?" she questions, taking another bite of her food. "do i have something on my face?"

"no, it's not that," he crumples up his wrapper. "that was just..."

"just what, aids?"

"hank you for helping me." a blush makes its way to his cheeks.

she takes a sip of her water and wipes her mouth. "i hope you solve your experiment and get the results you want."

"thanks, i'll see you around?"

she smiles. "of course."
