This poem is written for my bestie who turned 20 and i want to give it to her 'coz she really loves poetry. But im not sure if its good enough, so i thought who best to judge but my most fav and anticipated audience of all time ^_^.

We are as lucky as
Gum & shoe
They always stick together
We are as telepathic as
A Bulb & an idea
They always click.
We are as generous as
A candle & flame
Always ready to shed a little light
We are as stubborn as
Flies around a mule
Never quit till the prize is savored
We are as crazy as
the mad hatter & march hare
Insanity is best worn fashion.
We are as loyal as
the priest & the bible
Always true to our word
We are as royal as
The queen & the cat
Our throne is wherever we chose it to be
We shared pain as much as
A poet & inspiration
Prone to occasional writers block.
What more can i ask
When I've got a friend like you
Every impossibly possible task
Together we'll see it through
Life with you by my side
Is as good as it gets
Its an absurdly fun coaster ride
Up & down and yet no regrets
Tears and laughter coincide
Stressed or relaxed, side by side
Nude emotions, nothing ever hides
You lead the way & i will guide.
