Just a quick note: I'm going to be referring to all dragons as Wyverns in this since that's what they really are. Just thought I'd mention it :P
"You...aren't a wyvern like your brethren. Why is that?" I asked the rather...strange bearded man sitting on a rock at the Throat of the World. "Wyvern? We're Dovahs, dragons. Not Wyvern," he paused for a moment. "Well, Odaviing and Alduin are still Dovah. I seemed to have turned...into one of the Joar...the humans," he told me.
"No...you're wyvern...anyways, I'm here to learn the Dragonrend shout. Do you know it?" I asked awkwardly. "I'm afraid I do not know that Thu'um, Dovahkiin. That Thu'um has been...lost for ages. If you have an Elderscroll, you may be able to discover the shout from the old ones." He told me, then hopped down from his perch.
"The dungeon it lays in is very...dangerous, even for the Dovahkiin. It's a dwarven ruin, with all kinds of traps and guards. Please, allow me to come with you." He offered. I shrugged and pulled up my map. "Sure, you can come with. Where is this dungeon even at?" I asked.
"You sure do know how to fight, Paarthurnax," I said as we walked out of the dungeon with the Elderscroll. "Thank you, Dovahkiin. You are very kind." He replied. I sighed, "You can just call me Y/n, you know. I'm not just the Dovahkiin."
"I know, I'm just...not good with names. I will call you Y/n if you do wish." He told me. I grinned. "That'd be perfect. It's not fun when people only call you Dovahkiin. It's nice to be called by Y/n at times. I mean, you only get called by your name, right?"
"Yes, but most people refer to me as the master of the Greybeards. Its odd at times."
"Well, o mighty Wyvern, now that I have the Elder Scroll, I have to be going to find this Dragonrend shout. I'll see you around." I told Paarthurnax, then started sprinting down the trail, with the scroll in my bag.
"We're going to the same place...and I'm not a wyvern...."
AN: I know this one is bad. I apologize.
Talos be with you, friends.
