Taeyeon's POV~
Biology was like any other class, boring. As soon as the teacher left the room, everyone would whip their phones out. Our teacher went out for 20 minutes for a meeting, so it got loud.
Most of the girls were looking at me. I got really uncomfortable and put my head down. " Hey are you ok?" I lifted my head and I saw the girl next to me. " Yeah I'm fine." She smiled and put her hand out. " Nice to meet you. I'm Irene."
I shook it timidly and smiled awkwardly. " So where are you from?"
" I'm from New York."
" Oh your foreign. You look Korean though." I chuckled.
" My parents are from there, I just moved. And now I'm back." Irene blushed and looked embarrassed.
" I'm sorry, that was a stupid question."
" No no, a lot of people ask me that. I am like that too." I smiled.
" Want to hang out during lunch?"
" Sure, I have no where else to sit. Well other than with Kai." Irene gasped and put her hand on my mouth.
" Shhhh. Don't say his name." I looked really confused. " You see that girl. That's Krystal. She is Kai's ex. She hates when people talk about him."
" Oh..." I nodded and walked behind Irene, while she walked to her table. Then I looked up and saw Yoongi and the others. To make it seem like I don't know who they are, I asked Irene 'who are they'.
"They are only the hottest band in any school ever. That's the goofy Taehyung, cute Jimin, mother Jin, destructive Rap Monster or Namjoon, the golden maknae Jungkook, energetic Jhope or Hoseok, and the stone Suga or Yoongi."
" Oh, I didn't know." I said taking a bite of my food and ignoring his gaze. After they went to their table, Kai came towards us.
" I see you found a friend. Good choice, she is loyal and really sweet." Irene blushed and hid her face. I smiled. " Well, Irene take good care of her."
Author POV~
When Kai left to go back to his table, Jungkook grew curious and begged to Yoongi that he could see Taeyeon. But Yoongi refused and ignored his younger brother. "No. You can ask her when we get home."
" But hyung." Jungkook whined.
" Aish, Listen kid. She got enough attention with Kai. Us going to her and our fans will kill her." Jin hit the back of Jungkook's head and stuffed his mouth with rice.
Time Skip~
Taeyeon arrived home right when dinner was being served. Their mom left early in the morning before she could meet her on a business trip. " Hey Taeyeon! How was your day?"
"It was better than I thought it would go. And I learned about you guys. Your singers right?" Jimin giggled and nodded.
" Yep! Want to hear something!" Taehyung went behind him and covered his mouth.
" Let's eat first, ok Taeyeon?" She nodded and ran upstairs to prepare for dinner. Before leaving her room, Yoongi entered.
" Ehem. Hey Taeyeon. I wanted to talk." Taeyeon turned around crossing her arms on her chest. " What is it?"
" I wanted to apoligize for the way I acted today. I was just worried that our fans would hurt you if you came close to us. Sorry." Taeyeon's eyebrows raised and she smirked.
" So you care, I thought you didn't want to look after me?" Yoongi blushed and looked at her.
" N-no I worried about myself." He avoided her gaze and Taeyeon laughed. " Sure you did Yoong's." She slapped his back and walked downstairs.
" What the heck? Why am I blushing? Ugh whatever." And he followed her.
